Very bad, pediatric care. If I could rate this a 0 stars, I would. The poor service and performance of the Quest on Alum Rock Road is appalling. We made the pediatric specific appointment, showed up early, signed in, waited 25 minutes for the childs panic to rise just to find theyd forgotten him. Then the first incompetent person dug for a vein in one arm, then called for help to dig and bruise his second arm. I thought when you set a Pediatric draw that someone experienced would be there. It was already traumatic, and they ruined him. Im livid! Just livid! Dont take your precious kiddos there!

Im scared of needles and Googled all over sj for a place that would be understanding. Milly helped me and was so reassuring during the entire draw and made the extra effort to make sure I was ok after. After some bad experience with mean labs bef0re this was such a relief!! Ty!!!
