I came to this clinic as a drop in and a low-income patient who needed to sign up for subsidization. They saw me after about a two hour wait. Honestly I cant say this is any worse than youd get at any other clinic as a drop in with a non-emergency condition. Also looking at these other reviews--the other patients were primarily latin with a couple of miscellaneous asian families. I was the only person of european ancestry, and I didnt feel like that made any particular difference in the way I was treated. So I dont know what these other reviewers are talking about. Maybe they went to the clinic on a bad day, or maybe the clinic has changed since those reviews were written. Its a low-cost/charity clinic. It is tidy but not posh. The docs have more patients than time. Dont expect to be treated like royalty, but do expect to be treated like a human. When I was there the staff seemed competent and polite, but rushed. Um, that means when its crowded there will be a wait, and if you have an appointment, I imagine sometimes you get delayed if something unexpected or difficult comes up before you. But you get that sort of thing everywhere. I figure I saved about $70 by coming here over a regular-price clinic--so with a 2 hour wait thats like making $35 an hour.

Want to wait a year for an appointment? Then after waiting your year, youll have 5 minutes worth of work done... then sorry, schedule for next year again. This place is a joke, the sorrounding cities have WAY better dentists, and how shocking! I just called elsewhere and I have an appointment in less than a week.
