I have gone to Dr. Townsends office for many years now. I love going to my dental appointments because the office staff is so helpful, friendly and make you feel welcomed! All of the staff is professional and I always feel taken care of. I know that most people hate going to dental appointments, but I can honestly say that I love going to mine! I love walking into the office and everyone knowing me by name and treating me like one of their own. Dr. Townsend has some of the coolest tools to help diagnose things and because of this has been able to avoid things that could have gone undetected and eventually cause a lot of pain. He always explains everything to me in a manner in which I will understand. He truly tries to make everything as easy as possible for his patients. My husband and even 6 year old son love going to see him. I recommend this office to ALL of my family and friends.

In the past I have some hurtful DDS-s. In fact I have not seen a dentist in two years because I have developed a phobia. My mouth pain was getting to be too much; so I call Laguna View Family Dental. The staff was kind understanding, and non-judgmental. It was like, “We are to just get you fixed, and we are going to do with zero pain.” The chemistry between the staff was great. I actually enjoyed my visit by just listening to the stories and interactions with-in the office. The Doctor came out. He did his thing, and now I have treatment plan to get me all fixed up. In fact my treatment starts tomorrow and I cannot wait for them to get me all fixed up; so I can stop walking around with the tooth(s) pain. (( And you know what? )) I am no longer hunted by my phobia of the dental chair. Thank You Laguna View Family Dental !!!!

Dr. Townsend and the entire Laguna View Family Dental Staff have always provided me with exceptional service. In addition to the excellent dental work, Dr. Townsend always gives a full explanation of any problems, potential problems and his suggested treatment. The staff always is professional, helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable on treatments and anything to do with ins. & billing. I moved from the area over 10 years ago, but I remain a loyal patient. I dont really like going to the dentist, but at Dr. Townsends office they have the dental vibe for pain free injections and I didnt even feel the shot. The staff is really funny and made me feel very comfortable. I recommend Dr. Townsend and his great staff to everyone.
