This is how all customer service interactions should be modeled. I recently moved to Lodi and took a recommendation from a family member to see Dr. Hoff. After my previous dentist, whom I really enjoyed, gave me a clean bill of dental health, Dr. Hoff found there was actually much work to be done. This is what comes from the most-advanced dental imaging technology available. I am grateful to catch these things so early and avoid problems in the future! But thats just the start. When I called to see if Dr. Hoff was accepting new patients, Kami was so helpful and set me up with an appointment right away, which was followed by a mailed welcome packet within a day or two. I receive text reminders of my appointments a week prior, the day prior and the morning of. So thoughtful! I even received a happy birthday text from their team! In person, Dr. Hoffs team couldnt be more helpful and attentive. Jill is a fantastic Dental Assistant and always explains whats happening, and Beth is a patient and cheerful hygienist who also has helped me several times to understand my billing and scheduling questions. Dr. Hoff, the kind woman she is, sent me a handwritten thank you note after my first visit! Thanks, Dr. Hoff and team! This is how all businesses should treat their customers, no matter the industry. Gold stars to you all.

I was recommended to Dr. Neal and his AWESOME! Team by Ali, shes the cute, polite and very professional young lady that greets Dr. Neals patients as they come in the office for their appointment. WOW!, my appointment was an amazing experience. Ali was amazing, she checked my insurance so I went in knowing my benefits so there were no financial surprises. I had x-rays taken by Tonya, she was very nice and professional as well. Dr, Neal was very thorough, educational, professional and informative. Overall AWESOME! experience. If youre looking for a professional, excellent trustworthy dental office. I totally recommend Dr. Neal, Ali and the amazing staff at Lodi Dentist. They are so amazing , so nice ! So kind! Everyone is on the same page ! Explains everything always ! Smiling , pleasant people! We came from western dental and my husband never ever wants to go back to western dental !! He never wants to go anywhere else ! We are very impressed with the dr and the staff! 5 stars for sure ! Gabi, there is amazing she is so helpful. She even texted us to check on how my husband was doing! This place is a place I want my families teeth to be done at ! From beginning to the end they were helpful! Im not getting told to write this! Im doing this from my heart and from what I experience! For anyone that is gna try them for the first time ! Cory, the hygienist, was great. I especially loved the job your Direction Coordinator did!! Both are fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to your office. Everyone was incredibly helpful. I especially appreciated the way everyone took their time to explain everything to me. The assistant took the time to show me around the office, the hygienist took the time to explain to me what the "4s" and "5s" meant (something never done before for me), the front office took the time to explain to me what my insurance covers, and the doctor took the time to give me an overview of my visit that I understood. Great job everyone!

Going to the The Lodi Dentist is more like visiting friends than going to your dentist. My wife and have separate hygienists, Brittany and Corey, so each of us spend the time discussing what has occurred since the last visit. Where have we gone and what we are doing. Exactly the same conversations that I have with friends. When Dr Neel comes in you are always greeted with a friendly smile and personalized greeting. That is just who Dr Neel is, a friendly guy who happens to be your dentist.

I was in lots of pain and needed to find a dentist quick after going online and searching for a dentist I came across The Lodi Dentist the whole staff was super nice to me especially Breanna the rooms are VERY clean Dr. Neal was very polite and took his time to explain what I had and my options he wasnt in a rush like other dentists I been to in the past I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I absolutely love this office! Dr. Hoff is wonderful, as well as, the entire staff. I never have to wait Im seen right when I get there. Coree the hygienist is so amazing I make a point to get my teeth cleaned every 4 months. The office as a whole works great as a team to provide personal service and always schedules my appointments in a timely manner. This is a dental office like no other. I recommend this office to all my family, friends and coworkers.
