I had a scheduled appointment for 9 am. I am not a first time visitor, but was a client of quest diagnostics for about 5 years. I came 10 minutes before 9 am in order to deal with all paperwork and to have my blood drown on time. There were 3 more people there with no appointment scheduled. The person at front desc asked me to sign in and wait; totally ignoring my comments regarding the 9 am appointment. She continued to work by "sign in" list and asked for my insurance card only after she asked other people for their insurance cards.. For my concerns of ignoring my appointment, she answered "We are allowed to proceed 15-20 minutes later". All other people were taken back to the service room, but not I For my second complain, why my appointment is ignored, she lied to me: "they have an appointment too". This is the lie, since i took a picture of "sign in" list with my phone. And the picture shows that none of them has an appointment. In addition, she asked me to pay $157.00 required deposit.(??). I asked why i didnt hear about this before and why now i need to pay $157 and why this specific amount? In response, I was told that this is a new quest diagnosticss rule for every branch; as a support to her statement, I was present with "Quest Diagnostics Easy Pay" paper...... in Spanish I dont know Spanish, i didnt ask for any document in Spanish. I just left the office and will never come back. The whole experience with this person was terrible. Better stay away from this office, if you can.

I am so angry right now. I made an appointment to visit this center at 8am for some extensive lab work ordered by my doctor. I arrived, and was told that one of the tests they couldnt do this morning, because they can only do it in the afternoon. I asked if I could make an appointment to have that test run this afternoon. I was told I would be treated as a walk in if I came back. I said not to worry about it, I would just make an appointment for the other test, because I dont think I should be treated like a walk-in and made to wait for something that they didnt advertise when I made my appointment and fasted all night for. I sat back down and waited to be called to the back. A person, who I assume was a phlebotomist walked up front and took my orders from the receptionist and asked what the problem was... the receptionist told him, as the phlebotomist read my paperwork, said "this is for Sutter Health, we dont have to advertise anything, he can just come back and wait." I was furious at such a callous, and rude customer service. My insurance pays thousands of dollars a month in lab tests, and I was giving Quest a chance. Due to the incredible rudeness and disrespect shown by this employee, I will never give this company any of that money as long as I have a choice.

I admit I was a bit hesitant due to previous ratings but I needed to get this done so I headed over to the willow street quest. It was a Wednesday at 9 am and it was a lovely experience all around. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. The reception was professional and kind. The phlebotomist was efficient and skilled (truly didnt hurt a bit). I was in and out in a short period of time. Great location. This will be my new "go to" lab for future needs.

I read the reviews about this location and they were not positive which was very surprising. It didnt make sense at all compared to my visit. I went in early in the morning. My experience was quick, easy and painless. Since they are local to me, it made it a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this office to my friends and family. Thank you.

I had another appointment nearby and needed some labs done so I found this Quest location nearby. I didnt have an appointment, but they accepted walk-ins; I waited for about 15 minutes, which didnt seem long, since it was also lunchtime. The staff was friendly, facility was clean and I had no issues with getting my procedures done.

Run away from this place!! Zero organization, you can wait for a LONG time here.. They say walk ins are welcome.. In fact, they are anything but welcomed.. And the waiting area seems is as comfortable as a prisons waiting area. Never again.

Not professional specially with babies DO NOT bring your babies here they dont have experience with them at all they poked my son twice and they didnt even draw blood NEVER AGAIN!!! HORRIBLE PLACE

Made an appointment online at 8:30AM Wed, arrived at 8:10, finished at 8:20. Everything went smooth. They are nice and professional.
