Today was the first day I have needed emergency bloodwork, while not hospitalized, in nearly 6 years. I was observably nervous when coming into the office and had just come out of a very distressing dr. Appointment. I clarified my need for a butterfly needle since I have a terrible needle phobia and also expressed that I have fainted from having blood drawn before. As soon as the needle and tube was being prepped, one of the assisting attendants jumped into my peripheral vision and started to distract me. Being that I am fairly knowledgeable with bedside manner I thanked her for trying to distract me and smiled very large at her. Suddenly the other two attendants were right next to her smiling back at me and joking with me about my dyed hair and tattoos. I am sad that I didnt get their names because they were HANDS DOWN the kindest, funniest, most compassionate, most patient and most empathic RNs I have ever met. The girl who first jumped to my aide was a taller, thin girl with beatiful dark eyes and a sweet demeanor. The next RN to aide me in calming down was an incredibly handsome young man with medium length dark hair and a breathtakingly charming smile. The RN that followed him was a very joyful looking female with a warm smile and twinkling eyes. I asked them each to give me a hug when I was finished with my bloodwork because I was so thankful for their help during my tough time. I live in Granite Bay but I will be travelling to sacramento much more often if I need blood work done. I would prefer to always have these nurses nearby if my blood is coming out of me hahaha. This group helped me more than I can ever explain and I am so grateful for them this day. --Rya Bastet AKA Adi Jones

I came to the lab by 11:45 am it should close at 12:00 for launch time i knock the door no one open it but another Arabic guy came at 11: 53 am they open and take his blood . No respect at all

Nice people but the place is bit messy.
