The staff were very friendly, but I was given a bad prescription. After having glasses made, I would become nauseated while wearing them. I had them check them out and the prescription checked out with what they had written. They then gave me a free eye exam and came up with a totally different prescription. While this was nice of them, I now have to pay to get new lenses in the glasses. Their only response to this was that I should have bought my lenses at Lenscrafters. They have some sort of agreement that they will fix lenses for free with them. This was not brought to my attention until after the fact. Visit at your own risk.

Bought glasses at lenscrafters and have been harassed by this place of business numerous times since to get an eye exam. They dont accept the most common vision insurance in Des Moines and were not pleasant to me when I inquired if they were in network.
