Ive been very satisfied with the Vision Park Family Eye Care. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor Billings is amazing and has been the only doctor to point out something regarding one of my eyes. Michelle Reeves is outgoing is a good member of the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce. I highly recommend taking yourself and your family to them. I got in bind with switching jobs and Michelle ordered me sample contacts to get me buy until my new health insurance kicks in. I so appreciate it.

Vision Park Family Eye Care have been the providers for my family for many years. Their staff is courteous, friendly and go out of their way to make your visit with them stand out in the healthcare industry! My son was having difficulty at school and Dr. Billings diagnosed that he needed vision therapy! I had never even heard of it but after a couple months my son was seeing 20/20 again and able to focus on what he was having difficulty with. What a blessing!

The staff is not only friendly, but thorough. They take the time to get my diagnostics, run the tests, and answer any questions I might have. There was little down time waiting for the staff. They have high quality frames and a quick turn around time to get them back from the lens manufacturer(s). They have made every effort, most successfully, to accommodate their patients. Go here. I have been going to Dr. Shepherd for a few years and have found her and office staff great. Scheduling is easy, the appointments are quick and they never seem to recommend unnecessary items like new glasses with a slight prescription change. I certainly recommend Dr. Shepherd to friends and family.
