My family does not have vision insurance, so I called around earlier this week for pricing on an eye exam and contacts for my son. The lady that answered told me it would be $69. I took him in today and after the exam was over and he already had a pair of contacts in, I went to pay. My total was WELL over $200. I asked why and there were a ton of hidden costs. One being a "training" fee, for training him on how to put the contacts in. The training that was done was my son sitting in front of a TV, with some extremely old head phones, watching a video on a VCR that looked like it was made back in the 80s. Also it included 6 months of cantacts she said. I asked if we could just pay the fee for the exam, and for the one pair of contacts he already had in since they would last one month. She told me no; that they didnt do that there. Another fee part of that was for the office visit, which I assumed was the same thing as the exam. It was not. Do not go here if you are self pay. Theyre scammers.

Be careful that EVERY blank is filled out in the forms before signing. They have a nasty habit of filling out the blanks when you are done. Its funny that they "schedule" follow up appointment times when it is not convenient. The Schedule of Costs says one thing and the receptionist says another. For instance, a follow up visit after fitting contacts is advertised at $20.00 but the receptionist points at the Schedule of Costs and says "If you cant make it at this time, it will be determined as any other checkup." The problem with it is any other checkup should mean any other checkup besides a follow up session for contact lenses. Oh, and the cost for the any other checkup is $35.00; people are getting riped. I wish the BBB knew about this.

Im currently working 500 miles from home and need to refill my contacts. I called and kindly asked if they could email me my prescription so I could order some until I was able to get home. They refused to give me my information and told me I needed an exam. While I understand I need an exam, it does me no good at this very moment as Im not home to have it done. Distance aside, I will not be dictated to by these people about how and when to have an exam. I will never return to this office again.

Years ago I went here for contact lenses and began having issues with my eyes/contacts shortly after. I happened to pull the prescription sticker covering the back of my contact lense container and I noticed that my contacts had expired 3yrs before I was given them by this company. I went back up there clearly upset but was denied any type of money back/replacement/or even an Im sorry. I will NEVER go back and I let everyone know my experience with this company.

I had a eye exam for glasses and contacts done. After I left, I went to go buy contacts at Walmart bc its cheaper but Walmart told me that my perscription was only for glasses!? So I went back to see why they left my contact info off and the receptionist said I could only buy contacts from them. Not a honest place, avoid them if possible.
