Dont expect to see the doctor on time! I made the morning appointment, telling them that I needed to be out by a certain time, and they said it only takes about 15 minutes. I scheduled the appoint 45 minutes from when I needed to leave. Plenty of time I thought and it should have been. I prefilled my paperwork and showed up on time. I was not seen until it was way past my appointment time, the doctor showed up late because he admittedly was on his phone, and I dont appreciate the excuse that you opened fifteen minutes before my appointment. You know you have appointments and should be ready at door open like every other business. I also had to speak up and ask what was going on, and I almost left. Turns out I should have because it ran twenty minutes past when I told them I needed to leave. It does not take fifteen minutes! The girls are very friendly, but that is it. I will not recommend anyone to go here.

Worst experience ever! Two hour wait for appointment this was after THEY changed my appointment time because their scheduling system was down. Another 1.5 hours for the new person to figure out my insurance (they were spelling my name wrong) because they couldnt find my coverage. Understaffed and very rude manager. Never going back.

The staff here was very friendly and helpful with helping me pick out glasses that fit me best they made it so easy since my old doctor doesnt take my insurance anymore I was looking for another vision place to get my glasses from and the best part is its close to home DEFINITELY bring my family back here

Very helpful and patient staff. But did have to wait a while due to only one employee working and two people ahead of us. They took care of getting my prescription from the other place where I had exam.
