Last Friday I dislocated my arm and the nurses moved so slow and the Doctor spoke little English and I sat there in one of their rooms for an hour and a half before we just left and it was going to be another Hour before they would even give me an ex-ray and another 45 mins. for them to review it. It was just Me and another lady in the WHOLE ER! So we went down the street to first er. I was in and out of there with in an hour in a half. Never going back there

Horrible. The "Doctor" Erik asked my boyfriend if he had insurance and he said yes. The doctor replied with "good Im gonna get paid." Sick. He had nearly 25 stitches in his arm and they didnt give him a sling, pain medication, education on what to do about his injury, nothing. Im sure they will bill us $10,000 too. But so glad the doc got paid! You are doctors and you are supposed to help people, not worry about your pay check. Do NOT go here.

I give 1 star because of the nurses, but Dr. Esquivel is one of the worst doctor. How can you see their patient in so much pain and all you wanna give him is a over the counter pill, see you ever come here and that doctor is here leave immediately because you will not get any relieve... But the guy nurses are pretty nice and agree with how crappy that doctor is, what a shame!

Very dissatisfied with the level of communication from the staff to the family members. No communication at all unless we asked. The entire staff seems bothered to ask for any information. Seem like theyre just here to collect a paycheck and go home. The security guard worked harder.

Doctor ezkivel said there was nothing wrong in my X rays, then I did an mri and it comes out I have dislocated a disk a few mm. SMH I. Going. Back tomorrow I hope it goes better. Im here today like I said. I been waiting for 2 hours. Im about to die here.

Saw ER doctor. He was fantastic. The staff was professional and polite. Will definitely be going back. This was my 2nd visit to this ER. No wait time at either visit.

When I get sick I go straight to the er. The staff is great and they treat you like you are the only one there. I have no complaints about them
