My Grandfather was here last year during the winter time. I felt like before he got to this place. He was sick but not that bad off. He was talking and able to eat. I thought he would get better not worse, I was definitely wrong and I tell you guys I feel so heartbroken to the decision of bringing him here. My grandfather was the only father I had. I know we all have to deal with death but, the way he ended up was so sad and bring anyone to tears. The staff was highly rude and only two nurses out of that whole facility did there job and was compassionate about the patients and their love ones. The others will hang up in the family faces if you call to check up on your love one, talk to you in the rudest manner , my family and I are the nicest people.We never thought we will be treated so bad. One nurse came in start cracking jokes and my grandfather was dying, she could care less TERRIBLE! I told her if this was your love one, you definitely wouldnt do this at all! She seen where I was coming from and immediately left out the room. People were dying left and right since we been in that place! It gets very emotional being there because you feel for the other patients and their families because, they also dont have a chance in that hospital its unreal just watching it before your eyes. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS HOSPITAL AND DONT SEND YOUR LOVE ONES HERE! PLEASE! If you want to have a chance at life please my family and I are hurting by this. This is a hard and painful experience the caseworkers dont make it no better they are very forceful and nonchalant about their cases. When we finally got a way to forcefully get my grandfather out of their we called an ambulance to get him. We had the last straw when the doctor was telling my elderly grandmother that my grandfather was going to die anyway and let him go saying all this in front of my grandfather while he was holding on for life THAT WAS IT! We took him back to Herman and he eventually died that next week after we took him out of this place! This place made my grandfather suffer Herman found out his neck was infected, his bed wound was very bad, he was left with no buttocks and went blind in his left eye. IF YOU HAVE SOMEONE THERE NOW GET THEM OUT OF CORNERSTONE IMMEDIATELY WHILE YOU HAVE A CHANCE BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!

This is a horrible hospital. It deserves 0 stars. The nurses and doctors are rude. My brother is there now and he is being ignored and mistreated. Please I repeat if you are thinking about sending your love one there...Dont! The nurses and the case manger knows nothing about my brothers condition and doesnt seem to care. His doctor has not called me since I requested 5 days ago. His first doctor changed the hyperbaric oxygen treatments to suggesting amputating his leg to make his body weight lighter. Unbeleivable suggestion without even giving the hyperbaric treatments a chance to work. When I rejected the amputating procedure the next day my brothers condition changed to the point where he is unable to receive the hyperbaric oxygen treatments. ..I wonder why.. It doesnt take a sciencist to know the answer to that.

This is a bad place to be a patient at. If you come here, dont be surprised if you die in this hospital. They took 10 minutes to take the virals of my grandpa to see if he was still alive. Worst place to be a patient at. If you come from memorial Herman hospital, expect to die already. Worst hospital ever. I wouldnt even give it a one star. Wen I ask one of the nurse to check on my family member she completely ignored me. And keept on walking... If they send your family member here please look for a better place for him or her..

Terrible place. My husband was here for 6 weeks after surgery. When he got here, he was clear minded and very intelligent. He was heavily sedated to keep him from asking for anything and was left to lay in soiled diapers for HOURS. When he left here, he was out of his mind. Two weeks after leaving here, and going to rehab, he was dead. This place really does not even deserve one star.

Nurses on night shift really are laid back, eating, sleeping acording to visitation. .It took 15 mins from call back nurse to come to room,,them 10 mins to even start cleaning with out a bed pan.. Degrading for a person to hold for period of 15 mins for help,,had to use on myself

This is my first time visiting a patient at this Hospital and the bed side manner of the staff is just great. Were so happy with the care and attention my patient received. Helps the patients feel more at ease to whatever their situation is. Very good and caring smiley faces.
