Before making our yearly appointments, I was warned by coworkers that things had changed since last time I was in. But I did go ahead with scheduling. Our insurance had changed to vision service and when I called to make appointments, the ladies (multiple calls just to schedule) were not sure of my new insurance. One I was put on hold for a very long time, I hung up and called back and received a voicemail box to leave a message, I did. Two days later no one had returned my call. I called again and a man answered the phone. He did know of my insurance, which was a relief, But he was very short and almost demanding. He scheduled my eye exams, when I went to my appointment. I was told I was not on the schedule by new faces. I have been a patient here for over 6years, I am use to seeing new faces! I was a little concerned what happened to other nice young lady that had managed to stay here for a few years? ( My family adore her) I waited for way to long. The new people here did not know how to operate the machines and I felt alot was not covered. The doctor was okay like always. Some days he is better than others I have experienced over the years. But normally he just gets our prescription and pushes us off to young lady (WISH I knew her name) so its okay that he is not that friendly. When he asked office personnel to help us with glasses while he finished my daughters contacts, she walked us to frames and helped with two choices then walked away? Not one person ever came back to assist us with glasses. I did find a pair for my son, but when the doctor was through with my daughter. I actually opted to come back later for glasses and requested our prescriptions. Checking out was the same as rest of visit. I am not sure what I will do next year for our familys exams? On a more positive note I picked up our new glasses and contacts from Lenscrafters today ( negative note: they dont take our insurance), and the doctor did great on our prescriptions.

In the past three years I got glasses for the first time and had to get my prescription changed several times. Ive been to a few popular, national chains and was never completely satisfied with my service. My vision kept developing problems for reasons unknown and nobody could give me a straight answer (or take the time to explain why that might be, or do complete testing to identify the problem.) I went last week to see Dr. Schuster at Peachtree Corners Eye Clinic. The staff was very friendly and I was seen without too much waiting. It turned out I need reading glasses (for frequent computer use) as well as my regular distance prescription, something no one else had bothered to take the time to test for before. My prescription turnaround time was very quick. Finally, Dr. Schuster and the staff really went the extra mile to help me when I needed to pick the glasses up right before closing time. Highly recommended!

The doctor is unpleasant and unprofessional. Will tell you something is going to get done and never takes care of it. The only consistent staff person Ive dealt with is the girl at the front desk and although she is OK she cant seem to follow threw with getting things taken care of in a timely manner either. Also the fact that he never has consistent staff is a definite problem and speaks volumes about what goes on there. I have to say this is one of the worse optical places Ive ever been associated with. If you want something to get done, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The Dr may be able to fool you initially but after consistently coming to him, something for sure will fall between the cracks. With the ever changing staff, the one single person running the show at the front desk, and returning phone calls (dont even get me started). Overall disappointing experience.

They did a great job - a very thorough eye exam, a good choice of glasses, and a good explanation of medical problems related to my eyes that need monitoring. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Practically no wait time with an appointment.

Thamk you so much for seeing me, a new patient, so quickly. The staff is professional and compassionate. Dr. Shuster is thorough and has a great chair-side manner. He made sure I understood why my vision "messed up" (the cause of my first visit).

Not so good. Pushed me through. Did not want to hear from me about my sight. Finally listened. Did not want to give me a copy of my prescription which you are supposed to do by law.
