A year I went in to this location to get my son his first pair of glasses. When I walked in the door there was not an immediate hello with smiles. Ended up being helped by a gentleman in which treated the situation very matter-of-fact, very short, and just not welcoming to make a long story short, after finally getting a call to get my sons classes they were the wrong ones. My son needed his glasses in order to keep him from having to have eye surgery again so this is something that was very important. Now I had to wait on the correct pair of glasses. I waited far 2 long to get a simple pair of glasses. Now it has been a year, and my son had lost his glasses. I wasnt sure at the time if it was exactly a year since his last pair or not but I called and sure enough his glasses could be replaced which has to do with my insurance and not with them. When I called I spoke to a gentleman and I specifically told him that I was worried that if the same pair of glasses were ordered which were the ones I wanted that because it was the same fit from the year prior that they would not last him for the next whole year. He told me that I could bring them in and get them adjusted. I went to pick them up on August 8th 2017 and was helped by a lady with a sling on her arm. I will say that again the attitude coming from staff there is almost like customers are a bother. After getting my sons glasses from her I began to tell her that might be switching a few months and I wanted to see what options would be available to which she just said any glasses in the whole place. She did not come out from behind the counter at that point and did not try to tell me where the kids classes would be did not try to do anything. So then I asked her what other options I would have had if I would not have picked these glasses just in case I decided if I wanted to purchase another pair out of pocket. I did not tell her that that was my intentions but I did ask her what other options did I have currently my current insurance and that is when she came out from behind the desk again not with a smile and acting as if this whole thing was a big bother, but yes she can show me but that they are tucked away. Those were her exact words that they were tucked away. So she got to the cabinets and pulled out one tray and then another. There were at least a few more trays and how am I supposed to know if those are also available or not? I did not even begin to look at the glasses because my next question was about sizing which had to do with the original question I had when I had called in to get the replacement. I had asked her if I get home and they seemed a little bit small, or further down the road if that were to happen, I can bring them in right and get them resized to fit him correctly? To which she replied by saying no you have already ordered the glasses and they have been billed to your insurance so there is nothing else you can do. I have never had to order glasses before so to some this maybe a no brainer but to me it is not besides the fact when I spoke to the gentleman he had said I could bring them in and get them adjusted. Again my main concern is that they will not fit him for the next whole year. If I would have known that I would not be able to get them adjusted over the next years time frame I would have been sure to bring my son in before ordering them. When I originally called I told the man that currently they seemed to still fit my son just fine. He had lost them about three weeks prior to my call and I was hoping to stumble upon them in the house somewhere before calling but that had not happened. So the reason as to why I had just called in was because currently they fit okay. I am sure others can understand that it is upsetting to find out later that you now cannot get them adjusted. The last question I asked the lady was what if I leave the glasses here and do not even take them with me. Because technically Im not taking the glasses yet can I not switch them out now and bring my son back and

This is for a visit about a year ago. The staff was very pleasant. The Dr. was very rushed and short. The the contacts they gave me were nowhere near what the exam indicated. I tried two other corrections, both still did not correctly address my astigmatism. I ended up ordering the exact contacts I was using before the visit. Wont be back.

Very friendly staff. Was waiting on family getting eye exam. They asked if they could clean my glasses and do any repairs if needed without being prompted. Replaced nose pads and cleaned for free and helpful about shopping in the future with them or anywhere else. Highly Recommend!
