I would not recommend East Lake Eye Care to anyone! I had an eye exam done in October and thought the doctor was very polite. I went to order my glasses online only to find that the prescription the doctor gave me was wrong AFTER I got my glasses in the mail. I went and had my glasses checked to make sure the lenses matched the prescription and they DID but yet I couldnt see out of them! I went back to East Lake Eye Care and after a little bit of arguing with the doctor, she admitted HER office put my prescription into the computer wrong. I made her give me a new eye exam and got my correct prescription. I asked her to pay to have my glasses replaced (what it would cost me to replace them) and she said (and I quote!!!), "I could but I wont." This is after HER office was the one who screwed up my prescription in the first place! My parents always taught me if I made a mistake then I fix it to the best of my ability. Apparently hers didnt do the same and I am the one out for the money I will be reporting her to the Better Business Bureau! So please save yourself the trouble and pick another place for your eye care needs!

I went to this place twice in less than 9 months. My daughter went once. They consistently screwed up my account. Would not refund my credit and forced me to go back to use it and not loose it. They messed up my last prescription (gave me near vision instead of intermediary for my computer). I had to go back because I could not see any more with the prescription they gave me. They are just a hot mess. Rather than deal with them, I will bite the bullet and go somewhere else and will have to redo everything including the eye exam. They will also charge you $50 if you decide to use your own frame...

Horrible phone manors. Half the time when I call the phone is busy, when they do answer you can hardly get a few words in before you are put on hold for a long time. I am not sure if they are short staffed or just cheap, get another phone line and hire someone else. When my youngest got her glasses in April it took a month before they were there. The Dr. and Nurse were great but the overall office management is poor. Getting put on hold three times for a total of 15 minutes just trying to make an appointment is ridiculous.

The doctor and glasses staff are nice, but the front desk employee does not provide good customer service. We called and visited multiple times over the last 3 months and still do not have the right contacts for my wife. Weve decided to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket instead of going back here.

Went here for the first time. The staff and doctor were very friendly. The only thing I didnt like is the long wait time. It seems like they overbook appointments or they fell behind. I literally waited over and hour before I seen the doctor.

The company had some problems in the early years with young staff members, but now with a new name, a lot of changes have been made to improve great service all a round. Great job doc and staff. Love you guys

The staff and Doctors are wonderful, it is a pleasant atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and fun but will take care and explain everything to you. I would recommend this office for eye care.
