This place is selling bi-monthly contacts as monthly contacts and charging as much as possible with the insurance company and pocketing the difference. Besides a rude staff, this company has severe ethics issues. It was impossible to reach management and those who you have to deal with are petty and mean spirited. They gave me no documentation, I have had to go to my insurance company for the full disclosure of what they charged to them. I have had to file complaints with my insurance company and the state board in the hopes of just getting a years worth of contacts, which my insurance covers naturally. There are many eye care doctors in the area, my advice is to choose to take your business elsewhere.

Originally wrote a bad review, but then took it down because I went back and got better customer service as they agreed to remake my glasses that were giving me headaches (which Cathy told me my headaches were caused from having a "bad day"), after I dropped $200 on my new lenses (to my old glasses), and they remade them, I was having the same issues (headaches) and the lenses were installed so loosely that they could easily be popped out. Im telling you people, this place is SHADY! Lets put them out of business! It looks nice and clean (though overpriced), and people seem nice, but its all superficial. Quality sucks.

Wish I didnt even have to click on a start but whatever. Quite possibly the worst customer service ever. Not just with eye care, but with all customer service everywhere. Its quite amazing that the staff actually gets away with being so rude and condescending. They talk to me like Im an idiot. Its almost safe to assume that the management is the same way or they just dont care. Never ever ever ever go here for anything.
