My daughter (12-year-old) had her CRT hard contact lenses fitted at FYEO in November, 2012. Were disappointed with the result. After initial fitting, my daughter often claimed the right eye didnt see clearly. In the beginning we thought it might be because she slept on the right side often so the lens didnt fit well. So I had her sleep on the back. But the blurriness on the right eye didnt change. We went back to the doctors in May, 2013. After examination, Dr. Sivan agreed the right eye didnt read as well as the left eye. But she told us to wait and see at the annual check-up. This November, 2013, we went back for the annual check-up. The result of the right eye was bad as if my daughter hadn’t worn the CRT lens on her right eye the night before. The purpose to wear CRT hard lenses at night is to stop or slow the development of myopia while providing good eyesight in daytime if they are fitted correctly. We paid almost $900 for fitting the lenses. The left eye has been seeing clearly since my daughter started wearing it at night. But the right eye has suffered blurriness for an entire year. I told Dr. Sivan I had the feeling that the lens for the right eye didnt fit correctly in the initial fitting process. She said it was normal and if we needed to fit a new lens for the right eye, we had to pay for the fitting fee and the lens again. I refused and went to a different doctor. Dr. Sivan was nice at her practice. However, if you seek to fit CRT hard contact lenses, I would NOT recommend her.

I have been going to "For Your Eyes Only" in Vickery Village since they opened. Ive honestly never met a group of more professional and caring individuals than the employees that work with Dr. Mira Sivan. Ive taken my children there (two girls), referred my friends as well as co-workers and all of them have come back with the same feeling that I did....we were all treated extremely well, the pricing is very competitive and the extra time the Dr. gave me to explain my examination was appreciated. Her office is as warm and inviting as her staff, and her glasses selection rivals those in much larger national chains. I would highly suggest going there and getting the feeling that your are truly appreciated, not just "another customer" who walked in.

If there were a higher rating than 5 stars, I would give it! I am a huge critic of customer service and am pleased to say this eye dr exceeded my expectations. The environment was relaxed and I felt like a person and not just a number. The dr and staff are very friendly and really care about you! I have had the same insurance for 10 years and have never walked out of the eye dr paying less than $200 for contacts. They printed out my coverage and explained that if I picked from a list, the insurance will cover them free and I use my allowance for the fitting. I left there paying only $10!!!! Yes, t-e-n! I highly recommend them and will to all my friends and family. If you have Spectera insurance, its a must visit!

Excellent service. I have been going there since 2012 and never once I have regretted. Dr. Sivan is very knowledgeable, professional, genuine and caring doctor. Each year my vision was progressing to worst and thankful to Dr.Sivan not only my progressing stopped, I actually started to see better and first time in my life, we lowered my contact lenses prescription. Also, rarely I recall that I had to wait for her for a long time in order to see her. But, if you need to wait for her in the office, - it is totally worth it! Dr. Sivan - Best Optometrist I ever had!

I have used them for 3 years now and honestly dont have a single complaint. This last visit was the first year after moving to Decatur (about 40 mile trip). I have a new private physician and new dentist, but I really wanted to keep this eye doctor for a little longer. The receptionists have always been helpful and understanding when I discuss insurance and budgeting and Dr. Sivan is such a kind and efficient doctor. I really wish they were closer, but I think they are worth the trip if you can get up to Forsyth county.

I recently had an eye exam with Dr.Sivan, very long overdue exam and from the very second I walked in the door I was treated with an amazing amount of respect and really felt welcomed and cared for. The staff was VERY helpful with picking out glasses that would suit me best and the Doctor answered all of my questions happily. She was very nice and professional. Ive already recommended this practice to several friends of mine. Oh and I just loved the atmosphere and style of the office too!!!

We simply love Dr. Sivan. I"ve been going to see her since she opened in Vickery, and she is the only Eye Doctor we will go to. She is incredibly professional, knowledgable & caring to both myself & daughter. She is an amazing Dr. & truly one of the best. My daughter even wants to stop by & say "hi" even when we dont have appointments. Such a warm family type environment. The level of caring & service makes this practice one that I would (and have) recommend over and over.

son and I had appointment,,,arrived 15 mins early [ as requested} to fill out 4 page questionnaire. Doctor started my exam and finished,,,,then my son comes in behind me and starts his. BUT WAIT...he is out the door in 2 minutes ?? why? To let the fancy business man in that was an hour late for HIS appointment !... so WE are penalized for being on time,,, and Bald headed big shot is rewarded for being realy LATE . Now i know what it is like being Mistaken For BLACK
