EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!! first I went up there and they were closed early, their hours online werent right, so a day later I head back up for a second trip and the lady was incredibly rude from the moment I walked into the door, in this economy if you have a job and are on the clock then you should treat customers with respect as there are sooo many others out there without jobs that Im sure would do a much better job!! Needless to say, after attempting to ask a question and getting an attitude I ended up walking out and didnt even get a chance to really look at their selection.

Dr. Pedrotti is a great Eye Dr. ! I will say- be VERY careful in researching your frames and/or contacts.... VERY high and inflated prices. Even after insurance. I get it, its a business (separate from Dr. Pedrotti mind you) , check with Eyemart since everything should be covered in full (except taxes) instead of MASSIVELY inflated optical goods cost. NO refunds..... Live and learn I guess.

I called Pearle Vision in Centerville earlier today because I was out of town and needed a replacement contact. Not only was Gina extremely helpful on the phone, but she was able to talk to the doctor and pull one for me - which they then gave to me free of cost. Excellent service - am so glad I came to them. My insurance completely covers one checkup a year. Pearle Vision is in my network, yet it cost me a chunk of change to get my checkup here. They not tell you when they are performing non-covered services, so it was quite a surprise to be charged for them at the end of my appointment. Very disappointing.

The worst place I have ever gotten glasses from. I just wanted lenes, but had to buy frames because their machine did not work very well. Spend almost $500.00 2 set of lenses and they are still not right. I will NEVER go back. Lesson learned, if you have bad eyes, dont go there!

Diane needs to adjust her attitude when answering the phone. She obviously is allowed to behave this way. So now Im wondering how rude the doctor is. First point of service fails miserably.

Dr. Pedrotti was incredibly helpful and extremely friendly! He was able to see me for a last minute appointment and answered all of my questions. I will definitely recommend!
