Did get a very in depth eye exam with not the normal doctor. The wife and I both got new glasses and when we left the office driving home the vision at a distance wasnt as clear as we were use to. We chalked it up to new glasses. Every six months I have my eyes checked at VA in Lexington, Ky. I am at the early stage of being a diabetic so they keep a close check on my eyes. I had my exam at Wing mid March and VA checked my eyes May 20th and said my prescription was wrong. Called Wing and explained to them and was told that I would have to pay $30.00 for each of us to get our eyes checked again. I have my prescription from VA so why cant they just check it against what they have. My eyes have not changed in over a year and half since VA started checking them. My wife and I both paid over $500.00 after insurance for the glasses and they want more to fix their mistake. I dont think so. I will never set foot in Wing again and sure wont recommend them to anyone. Manager call and said there had been a miscommunication about cost and what needed to be done. I gave her some additional information and appointments were setup for both me and my wife to get problems solved. The manager was very nice and wanted to help get problems solved. My daughter and I have gone to a few different eyecare providers in the Milford area and hadnt been able to find the balance between good price and good service. I can say we found the perfect balance for us. We stopped by Wing on a whim, since we were going to Orange Leaf (there is an Orange Leaf and Starbucks in the same building, so double bonus). They were very friendly and knowledgeable. We have had to come back a couple of times for contact fittings and Dara has been the absolute BEST. She is so nice, happy, and helpful. It really has been a great experience every visit. I would and do recommend them often.

Excellent optometrist, friendly staff. The optometrist was professional, friendly and thorough. I have very dry eyes and bad luck with contacts... he gave me several pairs of contacts to try and after years I have found a pair that doesnt irritate my eyes. The office also has a large selection of frames- the staff helped me pick out some really cute Kate Spade frames. I love them! This was my 3rd yearly exam at Wing and I will definitely come back next year.

Wing Eyecare in Milford, Ohio, is a great place to take your family for their eye care needs. They were both professional and still had great senses of humor. They made my children feel very secure with their glasses and contacts and explained things to them in ways that they could understand. I also liked their price match guarantee. This is the best eye care facility that Ive ever been to.

Because I travel a lot I have visited many different optometrists. The experience that I had at Wing Eyecare - Milford was BY FAR the best. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and the both doctors that I saw took their time and gave me the most thorough eye exam that I have ever had. I will be going back for all of my contacts and glasses.
