I waited over two hours to see a doctor that didnt spend five minutes with me. All they did was look into each eye. There was only one person in the waiting room when I got there. Why I am upset is they dilated my eyes, and I sat there waiting for a very long time. By the time I saw the doctor and they sent me home, the sun was down and it was getting dark. Driving in the daytime with dilated eyes is one thing because they can give you sunglasses. At night, they give you nothing. I had no one to pick me up. I drove my own car. Well, I should have never been on the road. I could barely see. What I did see was large bright tail lights (red globes) and brighter headlights. I had to drive all the way to the Lake Jackson area out Hwy27 in all the traffic. Scared to death. I could have so easily been in an accident. I had to cross Hwy 27 to turn into my neighborhood. I couldnt tell what lane the oncoming cars where in much less how far away they were. Of course, I waited until there where no cars. NO ONE should have to experience what I did. It was so dangerous. I was in tears and I am a strong person. I am also 66 years old. The staff is great and so is Dr Palmer. He was not the doctor I saw. I was so traumatized that I do not know if I will ever go back there again. Where they not thinking of me? Where they just going to let me sit there? They had to know my eyes were dilated. Was someone not paying attention? Thus far the worst experience in my life. I still shake to think about it. If you get your eyes dilated, make sure they get you out of there long before the sun goes down..

Dr. Palmer, Dr. Malone and the entire staff at Palmer Eye Center are awesome. I am writing this review based on my Custom LASIK surgury experience in April of 2013 at Palmer Eye Center. From the date of my consultation to post surgery followup appointments, Palmer Eye Center did a fantastic job by me. They were very hospitable and treated me like a guest each time I was in the office. The office & property are very aesthetic too; from the creative outdoor sign to the wall fountain in the entrance hall. They even have a snack and coffee bar in the lobby! Ultimately, Dr. Palmer is one of the top LASIK surgeons Florida, and probably the best in Tallahassee. My surgery experience was better than I expected and I am very happy with my vision. I used to have terrible sight and now unassisted everything looks HD again.

Dr. Palmer and his staff were amazing. I had the custom LASIK procedure done on both eyes and now have 20/20 vision!! From my initial call to my surgery was only about 3 weeks. I was highly impressed with the service I received especially since I used a Groupon. A lot of places dont treat Groupon customers the same way they treat their regulars or will only take so many a week that it takes forever to schedule an appointment! If you are in the Tallahassee area and looking for an eye doctor, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Palmer. I promise you wont be disappointed!!

I have never been to a nicer place. Every single person seemed liked they truly cared about me. I havent seen this well in years. Cataract surgery was the best decision I ever made and Dr. Palmer made me feel like I was his only patient.

All of the staff at palmer eye care were so nice to me. They treated me like I was a person and not just another patient. Dr. Malone took so much time explaining everything to me. I will tell all my friends to see her for their eyes.
