I was very impressed with the level of service and care I received at Decatur Eye Care. Their office is very warm and welcoming. You feel like you are visiting friends or family versus a doctors office. Renee was very friendly and welcoming. She also has a great sense of humor. Dr. Brillante was also very friendly and welcoming. I was very impressed with how he communicated with me. He explained every aspect of the eye examination so I fully understood what he was doing and why he was doing it. I even observed him washing his hands throughout the eye exam. He was very professional. I ended up getting a pair of progressive eye glasses. I could not be happier with them. I fully endorse Decatur Eye Care... I am looking forward to being a long time patient of theirs. TWO THUMBS UP!!!!

I called asking if they were excepting walk ins for eye exams. I knew this was a long shot as its Monday morning and Im calling day of, but I figured Id give it a shot anyway. STEPHANIE answered the phone. I asked about walk in appointments and she said "No, were not" in the most condescending, rude tone Ive ever heard from someone in customer service. No explanation, no apology, no offer to schedule something for the future. I will not be recommending this place to anyone just because of the horrible customer service. I wish I could give this place no stars.

I love Decatur Eye Care! The environment is friendly, professional and appealing in every way. They carry a good array of frames, but if they dont have what youre looking for, theyll go above and beyond to try and find it! Dr. Brillante is an excellent optometrist - very professional, a good communicator and very kind/friendly. Renee is also a terrific asset to Decatur Eye Care as she is a great help in finding the right frames, assisting with insurance needs and is generally pretty all-around hilarious. I love these guys and highly recommend them.

I would have to say this is the best eyecare experience I have ever had! I picked them because they were very close to my house, but couldnt have asked for more. Office is very upscale and inviting. My wait time was less than ten minutes. Dr. Brillante took his time giving me a thorough examination. After the exam he was not pushy on getting me to order contacts and even recomended that I try out the trial pair for a week before ordering. I wish all healthcare could be this good!

In honor of Small Business Saturday, I would like to give a shout-out to one of my favorite. Tom and Renee are a dynamic team! I have been a patient of Toms for several years, and I see Renee whenever I need a new pair of glasses. She works wonders with helping me pick out the correct frames, even ordering ones that I might like and allowing me to take them home for days to try out. This team is knowledgeable, patient, hilarious, and helpful. I highly recommend!!!

I was new to the area and needed an eye examination and update. Its always interesting to find a new doctor. You never know what you will experience. Dr Brillante was excellent. Easy to talk with. Thorough examination. I was pleased with the exam. Renee is his wife and office manager. She was very friendly and helpful. My prescription turned out to be spot on. I will return here for my next examination and recommend them to all of my friends.

Ive gotten two pairs of glasses from Decatur Eye Care in the past several years, and received an eye exam from Tom, and he and Renee have delivered by far the best service I could imagine getting. Tom was thorough in his exam and very patient about explaining my options as far as contact lenses and glasses. And Renee went far beyond the call of duty to help me find the right pair of frames. They make the whole process very fun and enjoyable.

Best visit to the eye doctor Ive had! They were very welcoming, friendly, timely, and thorough. The prices are clearly laid out on the website and I was able to schedule my appointment online. No hassles, no push for eyeglasses, even though they had some cool frames there. Ill be coming here from now on.

This office is super friendly. Dr. Brillante solved an eye problem for me that I had been going to another doctor to resolve but my old doctor never fixed. One visit to see Dr. Brillante and the issue was resolved. The staff is very helpful. Would definitely recommend Decatur Eye Care !
