Hands down the best eye care experience you can have. Honestly i dont generally take the time to write reviews unless negative, but felt compelled to write one because of how positive this whole experience was. Everyone was very knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Dr. Truong looked at my eyes, and before I explained that I had heaches and trouble at night while driving she already knew, just from the information she gathered. It was great. Any questions or concerns I had were answered with complete satisfaction. And really took time with me, didnt feel rushed at all. Super professional and had great suggestions and explanations as to why I felt the way I did and struggled in certain areas. Had headaches daily and havent since. Staff was amazing. Friendly greetings and more than helpful when it came time to pick out frames. Plus price was a big concern for me since I do not have insurance. And they are reasonably priced to say the least. Great deals here. As stated you cant find a better eye care experience anywhere else. This is the place to go!

I had an experience at Forsight Eye Center that I would say was not so pleasant. I would like to make clear however that my experience had nothing to do with Dr. Truong. In fact, Dr. Truong made room for me at the very last minute when I did not have an appointment. I found her extremely professional and very personable. In my opinion, she is a fantastic optometrist. My experience was with one staff member out front. After purchasing a pair of sunglasses, I returned to the store to question the price after finding them much cheaper on the company’s website. The lady whom I was talking to made a comment that I took as very flippant. I do not believe there is room for that kind of attitude anywhere when performing a customer service role and I hope this lady realizes the impact of her words and how her attitude reflected on the entire office. Though I might not return, I highly recommend Dr. Truong for your eye care needs.

Dr Truong is very knowledgable and current with the latest medical news regarding eye health and eye conditions. I feel extremely lucky to have such a skilled and pleasant eye professional for my eye doctor. I have a family background with some eye issues and Dr Truong is familiar with all of these problems. It is amazing how from visit to visit she remembers little details about my eye history and my family. My husband and daughter also see Dr Truong and we all love her! She is the best! Additionally, Joanne who helps in the office and with eye glass fittings is delightful and knowledgable. She makes every effort to make sure that you get what you what and that you get the best deal if you have optical insurance. The office atmosphere is beautiful and well maintained. I highly recommend Forsight Eye Center for all eye care needs, whether it is just contact lens and/or glasses or if you have an eye condition or problem.

Theres not enough words to describe the amazing experience I get every time I go to ForSight Eye Center. I am always greeted with friendly faces that assure me that I am more than just a patient. Even more, Dr. Truong is a brilliant optometrist. She does more than just tell the patient their prescription. Dr. Truong sits the patient down and does a careful job in making sure they get the best treatment for their eyes. She also explains everything so that the patient knows exactly what is going on which is conducive to keeping ones eyes healthy. Finding the right glasses and making an appointment is also done with ease with the help of the rest of the staff. After finding ForSight Eye Center, I brought my family of six (two of them are young children) in and they were well taken cared of. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Thao and her wonderful staff. You wont regret it!

Ive worn glasses all my life, and for most of that time, new glasses meant 10 minutes in a chair reading letters off of a screen. Dr. Truong is the first doctor to take a significant period of time conducting an eye exam and discussing my options with me - including lens technology that had evidently been available for some time, but had never been offered to me by other doctors. She was patient, informative, and friendly. When I had questions about my new prescription, she happily took the time to re-check the prescription with me - explaining why I might have noticed a difference and allowing me to compare my old prescription against the new one. Dr. Truongs staff - Michelle and Jill - are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have special-ordered frames for me when necessary, and have quickly and accurately answered any insurance questions that Ive had.

Dr. Truong and her staff are truly fantastic! Ive had bad vision since I was a kid so Ive gone to my share of optometrists. What makes Dr. Truong so great is that she was very considerate of my lifestyle--because I travel quite a bit, she recommended that I use daily disposable contacts for the convenience and for the comfort. She also helped me find a great pair of glasses that are on trend and light on my face, which can be a challenge at other practices due to my high prescription and (ha) my admittedly big head! Joanne, the optician, is always a delight to talk to when I check in, and its clear that she truly takes an interest in how Im doing. If youre looking for an optometrists office that really takes care to consider your specific needs, then Forsight Eye Center is the place to go.

This is a real eye Dr! As a person who has been in glasses since the age of 9, I know what a quality Dr. looks like and Dr.Truong and her staff are the real quality deal! Dr. Truong is amazing with children and helping the parents understand what is going on. I asked many, many questions and she answered them all in a manner that I understood and without rushing me. She really took her time with us. Joanne fit two of my children with their glasses and they look wonderful. She guided them to the best fit for their face and really was great with the kids as well. We get compliments all the time at how great the glasses frame their face. I will tell everyone that I know if you want quality care, then Forsight is the place to go!

We are so thankful that we have had the pleasure to meet Dr. Truong. My family and I all see Dr. Truong throughout each year. My three sons absolutely find her amazing, caring, loving and professional, as soon as they walk in the office they give her a big hug. My boys will always tell me, she really cares about us. Dr. Truong has been exceptionally helpful to my oldest boy who wears contacts and glasses. For myself, she was the only one in 12 years who could find appropriate and comfortable contacts. We are also very grateful to work with Joanne, she is always very patient,loving, kind and understanding. My boys feel like at home in their care. I would recommend Forsight Eye to anyone.

My experience with Dr. Truong and her staff was truly outstanding! I was in today (first visit) for an exam and can say without hesitation that I couldnt have been more impressed with her and her practice. First, I was able to get an appointment that accommodated my schedule. Second, her office was immaculate-the cleanest physicians office I have ever been to (call me crazy but I tend to prefer that in a medical setting). Third, Dr. Truong took ample time asking me questions, listening to my concerns, and explaining the process of her examination. Lastly, I left her office knowing that my vision care is monitored by extremely talented and qualified Optometrist.
