Let me start by saying I despise going to the dentist for anything. It’s been a phobia of mine and a very anxiety provoking experience for me all of my life. From the moment I walked in to Lifestyles Dentistry I immediately had a different reaction. The office is beautiful, it smells amazing, there is very calming music on, the dentist chair has massage rollers in it (!), the TVs have graphics running that are meant to help you meditate and relax, and every single employee I interacted with was amazing. They are helpful, sweet, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to help you. They all have phenomenal customer service skills. I worked with Latrice and she is a doll!!! So helpful!! I had zero wait time. I was taken in right away and Dr. Aja Nichols was in with me immediately. My interaction with her was the best of any dentist I have ever worked with. I went in for an orthodontic/cosmetic consult. She was extremely present, engaged and focused. She cared very much about my end goal and my price parameters. She actually talked me down from more expensive treatments I had in mind. Her professionalism and knowledge are on point and her personality is one that immediately makes you feel calm, welcomed, cared for, and like you are with a friend. I cannot say enough about this practice. I will be starting Clear Correct treatment and am very excited to work with these amazing ladies. I feel confident that by the end I will have exactly the smile I always dreamed of. Cannot recommend this office or Dr. Aja enough!

Dr. Nichols and the staff are amazing! I cannot say enough great things about this office! I found the office by through Groupon- I was new to the area, looking for a regular dentist and pay out of pocket for dental work. I am so glad I took a chance on Lifestyle Dentistry, really a pleasant experience- they have light spa/elevator music playing (instead of blaring daytime television as many doctor.s offices seem to prefer), the staff were knowledgeable/polite/friendly and helpful, the assistant turned off the overhead lights for my cleaning and just used the dental spotlight during my exam/cleaning, and they even had a light kneading back massage chair for the duration of the exam! The doctor and her assistant were really lovely, helpful in explaining how I can maintain/improve my dental health and gentle with my teeth during the xrays/exam/cleaning. Lifestyle Dentistry was also upfront/transparent regarding all costs of the exam/fluoride/xray etc. and with regard to costs for follow-up cavity fillings I need, which I really appreciated- surprise billing and add-ons are the worst! The facilities are clean, the front desk staff were pleasant and un-hurried, I had zero wait after completing my paperwork... again really just as good as it gets- I wish more medical practices followed their business example, what is usually a routine task at best was actually pleasant and made me feel I was being responsible in picking a quality dentistry practice for myself and my teeth! THANK YOU LIFESTYLE DENTISTRY!!!!

I was so nervous about going because I was always insecure about my teeth and wanted no one to do work on them because I didnt want to show them and feel uncomfortable, but from the moment I walked in I felt comfortable . All the staff was welcoming and kind . It smelt great in there and the scenery didnt give off the "scary Dentist " vibe . Im so happy that I was brave enough to go to them and let them help me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY They explained and talked me through everything even when I told them my fear of needles they reassured me that they would make it as easy as possible and to trust that it would be a smooth process. I hope to continue a long journey with them and make them my long time Dentist ! They were quick and very patient & concerned about My Future treatments . Believe the reviews , THEY ARE AWESOME ! A definitely recommend!!

I just left the dentist office of Dr. Nichols. This was my second visit and I must say that I had a wonderful time at the dentist! This is not usually how I feel before (I dread them) and after a dental appointment. Dr. Nichols and her great staff are the BEST in Smyrna, GA. Between the expertise of the treatment by Dr. Nichols (no pain or discomfort at all), professional/friendly manner of the staff, and the Zen like atmosphere of the office (soothing music, visual media images, gently massaging dental chair, and a warm moist clothe to cleanse the skin around your mouth after the procedure) I cant help but become a permanent patient at this awesome dental office. I strongly recommend Lifestyle Dentistry located in the beautiful and growing City of Smyrna! :-)

I had a great experience here!! It is very upscale and professional. I was very impressed by the staff. They are up to date with technology and has massage chairs!!. The lobby is so peaceful and organized.There focus is educating their patients. I learned a lot about my teeth and what i need to do to keep them healthy. The people were very friendly and the dentist had amazing teeth herself. Dont be late for your appt because they wont fill you in. Read the fine print of the paperwork you sign about how early you need to call if you need to reschedule or you will be charged. Someone else could have been scheduled in that spot which is understandable.ITS REALLY A GREAT BUSINESS!

I havent been to a dentist in a few years because of previous bad experiences. I initially sent my college age daughters and high school son to get their prospective of the office. They all were extremely pleased with their visits. So, I just left the office and this was hands down the best experience thus far! The level of professionalism and expertise is very evident. The condition of my teeth and gums were explained thoroughly by the dental assistant and the dentist throughout the visit, as was the process of what they were doing throughout. I will definitely be returning here in the near future!

Not many people can say that they enjoy going to the dentist, but this is by far the BEST dental experience that Ive ever had. The staff was professional, friendly and upfront about everything before any work was done. Dr. Nichols made me feel very comfortable and I was confident in her abilities to tend to my dental work. Dr. Nichols and her staff go above and beyond to create a relaxed environment as soon as you walk in the door. They are professional, personable, and upfront with all of their communication with you as a patient. Just when you think its the best dentist visit youve ever had, they bring you a warm wet towel on a silver platter to seal the deal! I dont know any other dental office that pays such good attention to the patient like Lifestyle Dentistry does to theirs. #HighlyRecommended

Love this place! My cleaning was the best Ive had in a long time. Loved how they took close-up photos of my teeth to show me what was actually wrong. Usually you have to just trust what a dentist tells you. Dr. Nichols is very honest, and she will also show you the issues so you dont have to worry. Seeing your dental issues with your own eyes can be a wake-up call. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely keep going to Lifestyle Denistry!
