Very unhappy with this office. Lost my PCP at the Saco location because she moved. I chose a new one at the Kennebunk location. I called to arrange my first appointment to establish with new doc and was told I couldnt be seen for 4 months because I was considered a new patient. Finally I got in earlier (because I needed to see a doctor) and agreed to see someone else. I liked him because he spent time and didnt rush me out the door. Well that is wonderful except for now when I go for an appointment I have to sit and wait an hour over my appointment time because he does take time with his patients. I was really upset last time because of course we cant all be at the doctors for a check for 2 hours. I was asked multiple times if I wanted to reschedule. Well thats not that simple for us all, especially after you just ruined half your day for a doctors appointment. When I was finally called in the medical assistant said " You seem really upset and frustrated when you come here, maybe something else would work better for you". There was no apology, it was if you want to be seen on time you can schedule at 8am or 1pm, and this is the norm and I should expect it!!!

GO Somewhere Else If You Are Looking For Good Medical Care... Do NOT go here because: 1) there are no doctors working at the walk-in clinic 2) the receptionist lied about the wait time and said that there was a doctor available to see patients when there was not. I went to this clinic because of an infection in my foot. After being assured by the receptionist that I would be able to see a doctor who could drain the infection I waited two and a half hours and when I was finally seen they only had one incompetent nurse practitioner seeing walk-in patients who was unable to do anything.

The lobby was clean and pleasant. Short wait, very very kind staff, Nurse Joni was wonderful, Dr. ONeill was terrific! I am so pleased and would come back for certain and recommend this walk-in clinic to everyone.
