By far the worst experience I have ever had with a medical office. Three years Ive been going here, every time worse than the last, at both offices. Ive never gotten in to an appointment without spending at least 45 minutes in the lobby. The doctors are cold and hurried. I recently was fitted for a diaphragm. They called the pharmacy and told me I could pick it up the next day. Two days later I went to pick it up and was told the product had been discontinued by the manufacturer and the doctors office had left no phone number or doctor name. POGA has been extremely rude, first telling me I would have to go to a naturopathic practice, then telling me that they could get it and I could pick it up the next day. I then called the manufacturer and they told me they no longer make that size since the reformulated it to silicone. POGA then tried to give me another size, even though in the fitting I was specifically told that size was too small. Those things only work if fitted properly but they would rather have me play Russian roulette with my contraceptive than refund my insurance company. No apologies. No compromise. No return phone calls. Just plain irresponsible and unethical medical practice and a complete lack of customer service.

not a good experience. Took forever to get appointments, assistant prescribed me medication and didnt note in my chart. Very unprofessional.

The entire practice is fabulous. Dr Sang saved my life and my babys. Every doctor in the group treated us respectfully and with care.
