This past visit had been the worst experience in terms of their billings.Saw Dr Klotz instead of my regular GYN, Griffith for my annual routine Ob-gyn check up which consisted of a pap, pelvic and breast exam. The docter prescribed a hormonal cream and had ordered blood work. I had a serious reaction to the cream so I stopped. I called the docters office to inform them and was told to go in and see the docter as to why I had those reactions. I have a high deductible for all medical visits so I am always conscious of the charges. I asked the docters nurse who called me if the 2nd visit was a courtesy and she said yes. So she made an appointment for 4 days later. I went in , did not undress. saw the doc less than 5mins and he sent me for another blood work.We agreed I would not go on any other prescription.A month later, I got a bill for that very 2nd visit (I thought was a courtesy) at $225 and my insurance told me that the 1st visit was billed as a regular annual checkup rather than an annual ob preventive. Therefore, my primary docter did not get paid as well because the insurance had used my allowed annual preventive on Dr. Klotz based on their billing. I was informed that I never did use the allowed annual check-up with an ob-gyn. I must have spoken to the docters office 4 times & a call from their office manager who was no help! Now I am stuck with the $225 for the "courtesy office visit & bill from my primary docter. Horrible practice!!! The reception had cancelled my original appointment with Griffith after I had arrived with some stories and that her next available appointment was in Jan 2016.So they had me with Dr. Klotz. Later that day, I got a called from Dr.Griffiths office that I was a No-show that day?? You go figure that one out. The docters nurse who called me did not even know I showed up for my appointment but was sent away by a rather rude receptionist .Are these the kind of people you want to handle your medical issues, information etc. I say NOT!

To be honest I have nothing to complain about, I love my obgyn, never had a problem always get great service and a Dr. with a smile on her face. Never feel uncomfortable with her. I love that a while back I was a few minutes late to my appointment but my Dr. still saw me that day. Love this clinic and have been with them for 5years.
