my first appointment it took them an hour to call me back for my exam, when i was finally brought to the examination room the nurse(?) was extremely rude. second... sat in room waiting for dr for 35 minutes without anyone letting me know what was going on same nurse(?) was again rude. third appointment was moved without notifying me. when i came in for that last appointment secretary was chatting with coworkers and showed no remorse for the trouble she could have prevented. filled out paperwork to have records transferred to new dr office and almost 3 weeks later had to go back to dr emads office to get the records that the staff hadnt sent. as for the drs in emads office i would have to say that they were comfortable and i was happy with them, even though i never got to have an appointment with emad herself; but the front desk of which whom you spend much more time with just cant seem to get it together.

I am pregnant for the first time and its with twins. Yay! I went in for a complaint because my feet and ankles were very swollen at 13weeks. Dr. Emad told me that I need not to call the nurses because they were to busy and if I had a question to make a list and wait till my next appointment. This is my first pregnancy and if I have a question I should be comfortable enough to call and ask a question. I would not recommend this doctor it was rude and she didnt run any test to make sure everything was ok.

At every annual visit she always gives me her full attention even when I have complex concerns. She has helped me to navigate the different phases of my life as a woman with all the hormone adventures that entails. All of the providers in this practice are excellent and I recommend them without reservation.
