I ended up crying just trying to call this office and schedule an appointment because the ladies on the phone are complete jerks and dont care at all about their patients. I had to call 12 times in one day before I could even get an appointment and every time they kept transferring me to a voicemail instead of listening to me. They made excuse after excuse instead of just saying I am sorry that this is such a difficult process. Can I help you? Rather than, can I put you on hold, can I transfer you to a voicemail. I dont care about you, basically. My friend had a miscarriage so she called in the middle of the night. They just said to her, your having a miscarriage go to bed. From my experiences and the horror stories I dont think this is a good place to go!! Be careful if you do plan on going there, they dont have time for you and probably dont want you as a patient. In my last 4 years of experience here, I can definitely say that they really dont care and have progressively got worse. Its the first impression that you get right away when they answer the phone and rather than listening, just transfer you away, put you on hold for 15 mins, then transfer you to a voicemail, so you just have to call back again and again and again!!! I probably spent 1 hour just trying to schedule an appointment because of the phone run around. That is just a waste of my time. Im a working professional and my billing rate, if I were to bill for my time is $180 per hour.

The staff is too busy to pay attention to their patients. When I was pregnant, I went to get my first ultrasound. While in the room, the excitement was instantly extinguished by the technician saying over and over again, "This is not normal." I was told that someone would call me the next day to give me more information on the situation. I waited anxiously for 3 days and never heard from anyone. I called the office and found that I had been forgotten about. They had a doctor look at the results and call me back the same day to tell me that I didnt have a viable pregnancy and that I would have to have a D&C the following week. You can imagine how I felt after this experience but the poor care only continued. After I received my D&C I had to get my blood taken weekly to monitor my hormones. This was a weekly reminder of what I had to go through. I often had to leave work early to do this, and most times I had to go back the next day because my order hadnt been sent to the lab from the doctors office. The staff that I worked with at this clinic has good intentions but bad follow through. I can only assume they have too many patients and not enough care providers. I have a friend who had a wonderful experience at this clinic with Dr. Sianie so Im hopeful that my experience was an exception and not the norm. Im not ready to give up on this clinic yet and hope that future exeperiences are positive and that the anxiety will go away.

I chose this office for my pregnacy because it seemed like a caring environment, THIS BUSINESS IS ANYTHING BUT THAT. The doctors dont act concerned or even show that they care when you bring up your medical issues. It seems like your just a NUMBER NOT A PERSON to them. The front reception gals are not all that friendly either. I asked them to complete some documents i needed for work to help accommodate my pregnancy, and christy is the only person that does them. She sent an incomplete form(SHE COMPLETED ONE PART OF THE FORM AND PUT A 0 ON EVERYTHING ELSE) to my employer and when i called her to ask about it her words were" this form was very hard to do and i spent alot of time on it and I wont be adding or changing anything to it." then she rushed me off the phone and send she will send me a copy of it. THAT WAS THE LAST STRAW with this place. If something takes too much time or is diffcult to address, you dont give up, you reach out for help. THAT WAS ASKING TOO MUCH. i will be taking my business elsewhere. I HOPE EVEYONE SEES THIS REVIEW, SO YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR GETTING INTO.

This office is pretty good but I have had a couple of bad moments there. It really depends on which doctor you get. The first doctor I got was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. The second doctor I got was Carey Bussey and I have never been more impressed with a doctor. I waited a bit longer for her to come into the exam room...but it was because she READ my file! No doctor has ever done that! Its usually you call in and state your problem, you arrive and state your problem on paper, you restate your problem and answer history questions then finally when you get to see the doctor...you restate the problem. She came in with a plan! The office space is nice, the paperwork is kind of a pain I dont recommend taking your kids to the office not very kid friendly. The front desk seem overstressed or maybe lacking a concern for patients. It takes a long time to get into appointments they are usually booked. They have a lab on site for blood work which is convenient. I will continue to go here as long as Dr. Bussey is there.

I called this office on a Thursday morning, had to leave a message and never received a phone call back, since they had been so highly recommended I called them back Monday morning to try and get scheduled. I spoke with a women at 9 am who said that I had to speak to their financial ladies before I could schedule. I understand the need to have financial arrangements in place before time of service since I work for a dentist but to make someone wait to schedule until they can get around to it is not the way to welcome new patients. She told me that she would flag down a biller and they would call me back in a few minutes, 4 hours later I received a call from the same women with $$ info but by that point I had already called a different office and got in for an appointment the next day! Not very good customer service.

Ive had two kids here and a biopsy/procedure. I have never had an issue with any of the receptionist "being rude" and they all have been friendly and helpful. The Nurses are amazing along with the doctors! When I was suppose to get my biopsy done, I kinda freaked out and they were very kind and listened to me. The doctor allowed me to go ahead and schedule an out patient procedure so I could be put to sleep, which made me feel more comfortable. When I had my baby, my partner wanted to do the delivery, and he got to do the whole thing and sit exactly where the doctor would normally sit. It was the greatest experience and Im so glad the doctors were completely fine with it!

Horrible!! Im a breast cancer survivor with multiple abnormal cervical and uterus biopsies that show pre cancerous cells and i have an ovarian cyst that has gotten to the point that im in daily pain from and they wont do anything for me. They wont address my cyst because they say its not big enough to do anything about and they want to cut off part of my cervix and do and biopsy. Ive requested a hysterectomy but apparently they dont feel there is any reason to give me one. I guess they want to wait until I get cancer again and then they will do something about it. They dont return phone calls, the staff is rude and unprofessional!!! Absolutely horrible experience.
