Doctor Pamela Paley saved my life. I was 48 in 2014 and had gone to a hospital because I thought I had hernia. Not so. Stage 4 ovarian cancer was the answer. Never having been to a doctor in 20 years I was a dark horse to try to figure out treatment. Doctor Paley managed brilliantly. I still remember her eyebrow going up when I said "nope I dont have any medical history". A plan of treatment set in motion was complete success from the start to finish and in about 8 months I was healed. I am from a family that doesnt present with any of the breast or ovarian cancer going back generations on both sides...except for my Mom at 70 yo. She survived treatment and surgery very well, but it didnt register with me that I might be going through exact same thing soon at 48 myself. I blame the food we eat, the Gluten in particular. And you get so busy in life you completely forget to go and have a check up. There is not a day in my life that I dont thank Dr Paley for her role. She is amazing, brave, courageous, punctual Doctor and very skilled surgeon.

Dr. Paley and her team are the most professional and skilled medical group in their field. The level of care and professional attention to the individual person was evident to me immediately upon entering their offices. My mother was a patient of Dr. Paley. Being that my mothers surgeries were a success and her care was exemplary every step of the way I cannot help but sing the praises of Dr. Paley. What makes my impressions of Dr. Paley even more personal was her manner with our family. Dr. Paley is one of the most present and kind and intelligent persons I have ever met. I actually came to leave this review as I was seeking her contact information to ask for a referral for a friend with ovarian cancer. I saw that there was only one review and was shocked that her (overall) rating was 3.4 stars... If you need the best Gynecological oncology specialist in Seattle, you need Dr. Paley.

Dr. Paley is a wonderful surgeon. Known as an expert in the DaVinci Robotic Surgery, I am so grateful that, for some miracle, she was able to do my surgery having two tumors removed off of my ovaries, a complete hysterectomy. The top ob/gyn Dr. in Alaska gave her a super thumbs up as the one to go to. I am so fortunate, and grateful for this womans knowledge and her talent.
