This office was amazing, incredibly professional, and let me know up front upon calling about the $150 fee they charge for service. I find it ridiculous that the previous reviewer was "shocked" by this very reasonable annual fee, which the staff told me about immediately when I called in, and before I booked my appointment. This office should call this a "premium service fee" rather than an "administrative fee".. because, frankly, "you get what you pay for." Folks that are "shocked" by this level of fee, which is less than what they may have spent on a pair of jeans.. might consider reprioritizing amazing health care ahead of other expenses. In any case, it was clear to me from the start that the reason they have this fee is to make the office nicer, warmer, with better quality soft fabric gowns and other amenities that make it feel far more welcoming than you average gynecology office. For me, an extra $150 to ensure I am in the most comfortable, high quality, clean and warm-feeling office possible, is well worth it. Now to the service - the staff was incredibly nice, professional, and thoughtful. And Lizellen is amazing... to say that shes the best gynecologist (and coolest) that Ive met, is an understatement. She was overwhelmingly helpful, funny, and engaged. I was thrilled to meet such a cool lady, and to get to have her as my doctor. Moreover, shes super sharp -- Harvard undergrad, deeply thoughtful, asking about health issues far beyond the required gynecological questions - shes the real deal. I HIGHLY recommend this office, and Lizellen.

Shocked!!!! Not only do we pay for insurance, but this office has a "pay to play" policy. $300 a year, just to use this office....on top of your normal copays and insurance!!!!!!!! But dont worry, if you only need one appointment the fee is only $150.....sheesh! This is textbook greed and deterred my wife and I from using their office, and we will be sharing this within the mothers community! I hope they collected enough fees, because I hope they never have another patient.

I got my second Mona Lisa Touch treatment and am VERY PLEASED as I was having increased discomfort and dryness with the approach of menopause. Dr. La Follette and her assistant were fun and quick and I was in and out in a flash. Id recommend this treatment to ANY woman with age related vaginal issues. Worth every penny (if sex and/or a healthy vagina is important to you).
