This is the best rehab center my Dad has been to. He likes the beautiful ladies that care for him. They are so friendly. His spirits are totally lifted up by them. He is well cared for so I definitely recommend this place for rehabilitation. The staff is very nice to me as well. I am treated with the utmost respect as his oldest daughter. We enjoy singing together and joking around. We are both so much alike in many ways. I am 62 years old and he just turned 87 January the 20th. I remember Dad as a very tough and strong chief in the United States Coast Guard and retired Chief Petty Officer who served his country well. He liked sales and sold so much as life insurance on the side as well as selling Nutritional products. He was so happy to have won a trip to Acapulco, Mexico with my deceased Mother, Georgina Rosario Stanley, an energetic Puerto Rican. There are beautiful memories in his life. Sometimes he gets depressed knowing that he now has to be cared for at times where he was self sufficient before. There is a lot of positive energy here and he is getting the rest he needs. Worst service you will ever get. My 27 year old Son is paralyzed and had to go somewhere to be taken care of for a little while. I have personally seen the CNAs be rude to not only him but to others and I pray that they receive better care in the future. They are very unorganized and the nurses are constantly giving meds out very late and sometimes mixing up peoples medicines. I would tell anyone who asked me about this facility that they do not want loved one in here there are far better places then this facility and I personally know that someone was recently fired for theft and abuse towards patients. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

My mother has never recieved such unacceptable care. Unless you plan on staying with your loved one all the time they will not recieve the care they require. There is no supervisor at night which I find absolutely crazy, no one to complain to at all, no order no organization. My mother never got her meds on time or the right ones, and no one ever knew where they were!! She vomited for 4 days straight until she became severely dehydrated and had to be transported to Leigh Memorial ER where they found a bowel obstruction, she would have died in that facility if I hadnt been there! Please Beware!!!!

This is not the place for your loved one, unless you can constantly be by there side to ensure their well-being. My grandmother contacted the staff that she was in need of being changed and they left her waiting in her excrement for 2 hours. The meals in which they serve are also horrible. There was evening for dinner they gave my grandmother peanut butter and jelly. Its unbelievable, because at my grandmothers age she needs a well-balanced meal at all times. Please do not send your loved ones here.

Im quite surprised to see positive reviews of this place on Google and on Facebook. Our familys experience here has been anything but pleasant. The staff (generally speaking) seems disinterested and the food service has been borderline unbelievable. I wish the reviews could enable photos so I could post the dinner hes been served during his stay to verify this is not some fabricated review or simply disgruntled family member.

My mother was there for rehab post stroke and fell and brije her hip on day two but staff denied anything happened and said her incredible pain was laziness. Took 4 days to get an xray--shed broken her hip! I understand a fall but to cover it up is criminal.
