I came in with severe migraines. I saw a P.A. (not a doctor) and was given Imitrex despite countless warnings of contraindications with the Effexor and Adderall I take. I even told the P.A. about the warnings and she just assumed that I was a drug seeker and gave me the Imitrex anyways. Needless to say, I had a hypertensive crisis when I took it, and almost was hospitalized. Even after that incident, the P.A. refused to give me anything else other than other meds in the Triptan family that all were contraindicated. I am going to a real doctor next time. Just because I am a young man, they assumed I wanted hard-core painkillers. So presumptuous.

I have been seeing the Doctors and PAs here for 15+ years. They are genuine people who care and want to help. They have gone out of there way to help me in times of need more than once (staying late, coming in early, even meeting me at another office of theirs for an injury). This is a place where the people care and that means the most in your time of need. Let me give a special shout out to the nurses, aids and office workers as well. They deal with a very full schedule and they always find a way to make it work. I drive more than 30 minutes to come to this office and it is worth every minute.

I hate having to go here. The place is always packed and seemingly understaffed. I have spent over 2 hours in there on multiple occasions, just for med checks and a blood drawing. Despite having many serious and painful conditions that have been diagnosed they always treat me like I am overreacting about my pain. Its honestly horrible. I spoke to them about disability and was immediately shut down. I spoke to another doctor and they explained to me that I am 100 percent entitled to disability and much better care. Im changing doctors soon. This place is the worst.

This practice can not be trusted. My family enjoyed going there and seeing a PA named James (he is wonderful, none of the issues are his fault! ) for some time. When our baby was about 4 months old we received a call from the office manager. She began insisting we abuse or health insurance. Calls to Aetna confirmed that what she wanted us to do (bring her CASH at every appointment and worry about submitting claims to insurance by ourselves later) was absolutely not protocol and most likely illegal.

I called to renew a prescription for my asthma medication and they told me there was a 48 hour wait even though I was completely out of medication, and I told them I was having problems breathing and they said there was nothing they could do I would have to go to the ER to get a prescription if I couldnt wait 48 hours! I wont be going back! Also I had a mole removed from my back and they did an awful job left a huge scar. Do not recommend this place!

This is the worse service I ever got from a doctors office. Called about a medication at 11am the nurse said she would talk to doctor about it, called back at 2 still didnt talk to doctor. Called back at 5 and they said the doctor left for the day. Since it was a Friday I asked the nurse if I shoulld continue taking my medication. She said she cant say its up to the doctor. No help at all.

Terrible. I have called there three times to schedule an appt. All three times I was put on hold with out even asking and waited 5-10min on hold! The fourth time I called I scheduled an appt. I then received a letter in the mail stating if I miss another apt that they would no longer see me! It hadnt even been my apt date yet! This place has terrible service.

They deserve 0 stars they got mad at my girlfriend when the medicine they prescribed her wasnt working as if it was her fault, when she was telling them the symptoms she was having they literally told her they didnt know why it was happening. And they couldnt help her. As doctors they should know something but not at diamantonis!!! #screwbounds#screwtrost

I have never had an issue there. Its one of the few offices that I have found, who try to fit you in on the same day. Ive worked with many of the staff, and find them truly caring. If you dont like a doctor, there are others, or go to another, and stop complaining.

Uncaring - tried to get assistance over the phone for a sinus cold due to having a 6 month old and not wanting to get her sick. they told me to wait a week and if i did not feel better to schedule an appointment

I cant understand why there are bad reviews under this place. Ive always had great services from the front ladies as well the nurses, and the doctor I go see has been a super help gathering everything I need.
