I absolutely love Dr Griffin, but the wait times to be seen and for basic labs have been excessive lately. The dynamics of the office has changed in the last year or two, and at times some of the axillary staff can be very rude. I honestly dont care for the PA either, she is new and very young which is alright because everyone has to learn, but I dont feel she was able to answer any of my questions or give me a rationale for what she was trying to explain. Although I have been a patient for many years, I am currently looking for a new family practitioner.

Worst doctors office Ive ever been to. The receptionist are always rude! they never listen to why Im there. I call for an appointment and they always have me set up for something I dont need. Always waiting for at least 1 hour. Their patient portal doesnt work when I told them it wasnt working they didnt even fix it. Ive told them 3 times. got tests taken 2 months ago still waiting on results because the portal isnt working.

Dr. Griffin is the 12th doc that I have seen for my ailments and she is the only one who took the time to go through my symptoms and treat everything. She doesnt do the typical..let me treat you for the quickest thing possible and get you out. I never wait for more than 15 minutes. Yes,the office staff isnt the friendliest, nor most effective, but the medical care over powers that aspect of things (atleast for me).

The worse.. takes forever to get results on test, you always have to call them to get results, they never call you. I have been waiting over a month, for them to call in a scrip. Never see the Doctor, just the nurse.. changing doctors..

Love this office!!! Dr. Griffin and Ashley, her PA, have excellent bedside manner and take the time to listen to their patients. The staff has always been courteous to me and I recommend this practice to all of my family and friends.

The worst doctors office I have ever been to. The receptionist are entirely rude. You are there in the waiting room an hour past your appointment every time. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Dr Griffin is a great family medicine doctor. She really takes time with her patients. She doesnt stop until she finds out what your medical problem is. Her physician assistant is the same way.

Was recommend to this doctor after being I. The area for 10+ years without a doctor. The wait times are long so take a book, make sure your phone is charged and dont go when you are In a rush
