We had to sign something that if we didnt cancel with 24 hours we get charged. But they cancel on our way to apt and then switch my sons therapists twice. They cant figure out our insurance and they are pretty horrible at their job anyway. Never going back here. I would recommend finding a more professional place to take your child.
