I have been trying to schedule and re schedule a dental cleaning...plus other recommended srvices per contracted dentists there. For 6-8 weeks messages left and some meesages returned to no avail for a confirmed appoinment, Teeth worsening especially broken crown and fillings identifed in immediate need of care per asessment back in JUNE 2015. Need to follow up ASAP because Insurance coverage for this fiscal year ends DEC 29th 2015, Have a broken crown + some pain no cleaning done for over 9 months teeth hurt at time of assessment full mouth xrays completed. Dentists their identified immediate needs and possible follow up at the Dental school for services not provided at the clinic like and implant before teeth shift and it becomes more difficult to place?? Message left at the front desk number for Jamie very helpful inthe past and pleasant personality Need call back this week or will have to use alternative services elsewhwere. HELP my mouth in need of cleaning and care to save my teeth..Thank-YOU Madison County health clinic for this service!!!!!

They lack communication skills. It takes arriving at your appointment and waiting for the healthcare UN-professional to be informed that they can no longer prescribe your medication. You are not given other options except to get a refund and "not waste your time". If you paid with a credit or debit card the employee will most likely not know how to give you a refund and will refuse to call someone to find out how. When you insist they tell you that they will call the cops. I will pass along the same advice they gave me "DONT WASTE YOUR TIME".

I am not a patient; however went with a friend. They were the worst. Treated patients very unprofessionally. Most staff has left the facility due to the lack of integrity and care provided to patients. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. They truly do lie to patients, do not treat individuals according to disease process, and automatically assume patients are drug seeking although patients are not on narcotics or seeking them. If you want to be treated unprofessionally and like you do not matter, then go here.

The lady at the front desk looks like she deals with alot of stupidity from people. At first there was no smiles. But now, she smiles at me. The registration people are sweet. And also the appt people. Very easy to talk to. The childrens psychiatrist there is awesome! I didnt care too well for the family Dr there. I just started seeing the pediatrician so i have nothing to say about her. She was nice tho. The counselors there, i didnt have a connection with one of the females so i stopped seeing her.

At the beginning it wasnt too bad. Now I have my daughter with some serious issues going on and I cant get a phone call back with her referral to the specialist....... I am not asking for a script I am asking for a referral.... How hard does it get.

They have been taking good care of me at a reasonable price. I believe they are doing a good job. They listen to my concerns and let me know what to expect. I havent had any problems.

This place is extremely SLOW! If your appointment for medical services is at 5, you wont be called back or seen until an hour later! RIDICULOUS!!!

Just got charged 1,200 for an allergy test from this place, yes AFTER insurance. Go somewhere where people care... this isnt it.
