Upon several visits to the facility over the last ten years, I have observed and lack of response to the residents needs, i.e. slow in responding to call lights on, meds being passed on time and correctly given. When response was given it seemed like person responding felt like the resident was interfering with their time and that they had to break away to respond to the resident. Over this time there has been a great staff turn over. It seemed from visit to visit (sometimes twice a week) there were new staff people from Care Partners to Nurses. These are just my observations. With these observations I have steered folks away from Willow Crossing when asked about putting a loved one in the facility.

Poorly staffed, dirty, bug infested death camp. While Visiting my family member for hours not one staff member checked in on him. Found silver fish crawling around in the bathroom, hand cranked out dated bed that was broken. Could only get attention after threatening legal action. Your loved one is better off homeless.

Saw a "nurse" I guess (as she was dresses like a drug dealers girlfriend) gossiping about the staff and residents while "working." All they need now is a hooker in the parking lot.
