Terrible experience. Nurse was ok, but doctor was literally in the room with me for less than 1 minute. I felt as though he was trying to set some sort of speed record. He asked what was wrong and as I was trying to answer he said open your mouth , quickly looked at my throat, and then shoved the light in my ear, wrapped the cord around my neck as he shoved it in the other ear, he listened to me breathe and then said, Your lungs are clear, if your strep test comes back negative you just need Chloraseptic. And abruptly left the room. I ended up at my regular doctor days later. Truly disappointing, and will not be back, but apparently they are ok with that.

This is my urgent care facility of choice. I have yet to have a bad experience and I have been going for years. Yes, some days are slower than others but it just depends on who is working and what theyre dealing with. The staff have always been courteous and friendly, even with my multiple return visits as of late. I have had some doctors that I have preferred over others but thats normal I think. Not everyone has the same style. Im a little confused by all of these bad reviews. I would give 5/5 but wait time can be pretty icky sometimes.

Arrived at 9:45am and still waiting at 12:30pm for my fiancé to been seen by the doctor to get a cyst removed from behind his ear. He waited at least 45 minutes in the lobby and another 45 in the room before they even put numbing cream on the cyst, which takes 30 minutes to even begin numbing. Unorganized and definitely no sense of "urgency" at this so-called urgent care center. Places like this really make you question coming to the doctor for any reason. No wonder we have such poor health here in the states.

Im going to start out with 3 stars, been here for over an hour, 3 people ahead of me & theyve taken 1 back. No one has left either. We waited 2.5 hours to be seen and another 1.5 in the back, just to have the Dr. come in and tell me that he was an adult Dr. and wasnt comfortable doing anything to my sons toe so he gave him an antibiotic and told me to take him to childrens ER. Ive tried calling CMH with no response from them, I was charged $75 to be told to "Hes out of my scope of practice"

Absolutely horrible experience. I arrived with one person in waiting room. Waited 2 hours to go back. After back in the room, it took 30 minutes for a nurse to come in and say we havent forgot about you. 37 minutes later(stop watch). I finally see a dr. She leaves and I sit another 27 minutes before they say you should be done soon. I wish I could give it no stars. They do not deserve a one star.

Ill never be back... I had a terrible infection, they told me I had "allergies", then I wound up in the hospital with pneumonia. Rather than Doctors determining what they should do to a patient "before" actually seeing the patient, they should actually perform some sort of "science" based diagnosis, rather than relying on how they "feel" that day.

The doesnt open until 10 am. Ive been here over FOUR hours and guess what? No prescriptions to ease the symptoms "call your regular doc". What a joke. But you can be sure they did every test they could so this will cost me a bundle for nothing.

Staff was amazing, Dr. Went through test results and explained everything thoroughly. I almost did not come to this urgent care because of previous reviews... I am so glad I did!!!
