The worst experiences there. The receptionist at the front desk is the most incompetent buffoon there is. The medical professionals there take there time and are constantly wrong with any diagnosis. Gave them fmla paperwork that suddenly "disappeared" and its my fault because I should have gave it to a neurologist, yet the paperwork was supposed to go to my primary care provider, which at the time, was a doctor at the facility and she said she would handle it. This facility and its employees are incompetent and shouldnt be allowed to practice medicine. Also, they are constantly closing early and act like they are completely booked but are always empty in the parking lot and waiting room. Forget trying to get in late on a Friday. They left one Friday at 2:00 even though they are supposedly open till 5. Avoid this place like the plague!!!!

I have been going to this office now for about a year, and I am so pleased with it. I havent encountered one staff member that I didnt like. They have all been very friendly and courteous. Being a former waitress I tend to be a tad on the critical side of customer service. You may say I am hard to impress... but this office really has impressed me. I believe their physician no longer works there, but I have seen Carrie Hollkamp each time and she is awesome. Very friendly, takes her time, listens to your concerns and gives good input. I dont know the name of the nurse who comes in and gathers info for Carrie, but she is great as well. Also, it took me a bit to get an initial appointment, but I would say the average wait I have is about 1-2 weeks. I also only wait about 10 minuets in the waiting room before each appointment.

Can never get an appointment and yet they are always empty when you finally get in! Urgent care sees my children more than them! Time for a change!
