Horrible....if you have something minor like a cold or flu you may be able to come out alive. I say that because my sis went here for a while and they completely ignored her symptoms writing antibiotics not realizing it was lung cancer!!!! The communication between departments is horrible and the patient service by phone is chunk full of one dumb rude moron after another. 2weeks! Took two weeks for them to fill my dads heart medication...street arguing about...they refused to fill his iron eventhough he is anemic....i mean i could go on....if you dont have insurance this is prob your only option but dear God if you do avoid this sucky place

Mary Kustes is a horrible nurse practitioner. She scared me a year and a half ago by telling me I had an incurable disease without testing me. I cried all over her to please test me, but she said "there was no need". Long story short, I started seeing a BETTER doctor once I became better insured and have all the tests to confirm that this woman is a quack. I hope no other women have to go through what I went through. She nearly ruined my life with a diagnosis of something I dont even have.

They are always busy and never have any appointments available anytime I call. I have to either do same day appointments when my kids are sick or take them to the immediate care or the emergency room and then do a follow up appointment with the Doctor at Family health center. It has come to the point where I have just went ahead and paid for annual check ups and shots since their pcp is not able to get them in

I made an appointment for my daughter to have her yearly physical. Her appointment was scheduled for 9:40 am. I was told to be here to check in at 9:20. We arrived at 9:15. It is 10:35 and we are still sitting in the room after being through triage about an hour ago. We havent heard or seen any doctor. Never come here if you have a set time frame you need to be on. This is just ridiculous.

Before I even could book an appointment the receptionist asked me to identify if I was lesbian,bisexual,gay, or straight. I asked her why and she told me because it would have something to do with the way I was treated. I immediately hung up. Im not sure where this is ok and if this is how business is conducted but I will be contacting the BBB.

The only complain about this place is that when you call to make an appoinment the same day...they say they do not have anything available. Also, they had told me that Friday is only open for adults.

I see my prenatal provider and pediatrician for my son at Family Health Centers. They care about me and my son, from the front office, to the nursing staff, providers and pharmacists.

Very good bedside manner. Technicians are extremely efficient, and very friendly. Come here first, then let them assign you to one closer to where you live, if its too far for you.
