I have been visiting Reuter Family dentistry for about 4 years now and would like to complement the people that work for Dr. Reuter. I have seen several of the hygienists who do the cleaning, I am pretty picky about my cleanings, and I must say they have all done a very nice job. The office is bright and very nice along with all of the staff. Do like the reminder calls I get regarding my appointments and the staff up front are very good to work with as far as all the paperwork is concerned. Dr. Reuter is pleasant and very quick at her work. Get in and get it done, and she explains her procedures very clearly. If you don’t enjoy going to the dentist, give Dr. Reuter and her staff a try, you will be suprised how much different going to the dentist can be. Can’t beat the cup of coffee for the road!

I have been going to Reuter Family Dentistry for over 3 years and couldnt be happier. Previously, visiting the dentist was a high anxiety experience for me. Now under Dr. Reuter and her teams care, I actually no longer find myself gripping the dental chair, but instead am able to fold my hands on my lap. Dr. Reuters highly skilled and gentle touch have enabled me to get the much needed dental work I had been delaying. Together we have laid out a dental plan that will assure my smile will be healthy for years to come. I cant imagine finding better dental care in the area or even the state.

Reuter Family Dentistry has an excellent facility with even better customer service. My wife and I were amazed at how nice it was there and how good of care they take of you. Everyone there made us feel welcome and cared for. Even the waiting room provides a good experience with flavored coffee beverages and water bottles if needed. They even gave us a welcome gift at my first appointment. I would definitely recommend choosing them as your primary dental clinic.

Very friendly staff, accommodating with scheduling and wonderful with kids. Dr Reuter was easy to talk to and explained everything clearly. 4 stars because I wasnt notified that my insurance would not cover services before additional work was done above and beyond scheduled work. Be sure to ask and ask again if you have an annual dental limit. Overall wonderful experience with Reuter Family Dentistry and I would recommend to anyone!

I was there a few times and she was really rude to me. Wanted me to get a bunch of crowns in the back of mouth. When I told her that the root canal that they had done still hurts after a couple of weeks was told that there was nothing wrong with it. I believe that only in it for the money. Havent seen anything that would even look like what I would like for a dentist. I definitely would not recommend her.

I love this place. The people are really pleasant and they treat you like family. I always enjoy my time there. They always make me feel comfortable. I hate going to the dentist but ever since I started coming here I like going to the dentist. They do a really great job on my teeth and my kids teeth. The kids are never scared to go to the dentist they actually have fun.

As soon as I walked in the door I felt welcomed. All staff that I encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. You could tell that they all loved their jobs. Such a great experience from start to finish at RFD. I couldnt be more pleased with everything they have done for me. Sad to be moving away from them but will probably make the drive 2 1/2 hours to see them. Great staff, great Doctor, great building, and an amazing dental experience.
