Generally does a great job - just dont ask them to call in a prescription on Friday afternoon. I have a nasty toothache and spoke to them at about noon today (Friday) and was assured that they would call in a prescription for pain medicine. When I got to the pharmacy after work at 6 pm, no prescription had been called in and I am currently in so much pain that I am in tears. The after hours emergency number is having no luck contacting the doctor on call either.

Dr. Long is absolutely the best dentist!! He is very positive and fun. He makes going to the dentist a good experience especially if you are a little nervous. He is always happy and it rubs off. He has been my dentist for years and the best part is that he is honest. He isnt there to make the money he enjoys it.

Been waiting for an hour for a scheduled appointment. If I miss my appointment I get billed a fee, If the dentist misses my appointment, how am I compensated for my time and travel?
