This place should be closed down. I went to see someone in mental health & all she did was talk about her other patients. I never in my life have seen unprofessional medical people ever. They do not care. The walk in is a big joke, this so called :FNP named Daniel Feltovic is the worst person i have even encountered. He needs to be fired immediately. They have A Gay women who works @ the Bangor office & one in brewer with the same name, i refuse to have someone who clearly looks like that ever treat me. The two with the same last name Morissette are probably married unprofessional again.they have proven nothing to me in way of medical help. Gave me a prescription that i told them clearly does not work, but gave it to me again. I will never step foot into that place again. I am also writing Maine Care A letter about there unprofessional help. The doctor who saw me spent a 1/2 hour talking about her other patients. Also there dental is really a joke. They fill one cavertiy so when u go back in a month or so u have to have the other one pulled. I would not ever recommend anyone to ho to PCHC or there Dental.

Called on Monday A.M. and asked for change in pain meds to get through the night. PA was on vacation, so I left a message. No call was returned. I called on Tuesday and was told message must have not gotten through. Called later. Finally got a call back and was told that I needed to be "seen" a third time for the same issue. Went to an appointment on Wednesday morning. Saw PA and was examined and given the new scrip for pain. They were to have sent it in to my pharmacy. Showed up at pharmacy early in the day, not there yet. Showed up later in the day, never received it. Called night line and after an inordinately long message, talked to the night service at 6:00 P.M. Was called back by on-call practitioner at 6:30 P.M. Was told scrip was sent out electronically. She promised to call the pharmacy. Thursday A.M., another night in pain. No joy. What ever happened to specific attention to patient needs? After 25+ years with the same practice, time to think again.

This is where my doctors office is and I went to go get warts removed and Ive had one removed before and Now I have a huge gash in my arm from them because they have no idea what they were doing and its been a whole month for it to heal im still not healed at all and I got an infection from There it still hurts really bad wish I could put a Picture of it up cuz now I have to live with this huge scar and gash on my arm and the warts warrant even big at all its about no joke five times bigger than them

I recently switched to this practice and am very glad I did. If you take an active approach to your healthcare, you owe it to yourself to take a look at PCHC. The staff members are friendly and knowledgeable and focused on you as a patient during your time with them. Follow-up has been exceptional. This is patient care as it should be and I get right in at my appointment time without waiting.

This place is great as a primary care and urgent care. I feel like they always work hard to keep to appointments, have a friendly staff, and work diligently to advocate for patients when dealing with insurance companies. I feel PCHC has gone above and beyond to help me.

I find it very hard to believe when making a phone call to this doctors office there is no protocol to answer questions about the flu and what is being done and or suggested. This will be the last year Im with this doctors office!

I think they r friendly enough but need to know more about comp and work related injurys ive been refused twice all because paperwork was insaficiant and wasnt done correctly so it screws me over ....
