I had a horrible experience Michelle on in the Dental office is very unprofessional & full of unnecessary drama. You should be working a job that makes you feel good at the end of the day. Quality customer service should be a goal everytime without the customer you have no job very disappointed with the unethical treatment. The executive director doesnt really care about the patients experience. Heather Pelletier was not kind or helpful.
