My 13 year ago had not been feeling good for 3 days. Tried to get into her doctor, no appointment available..tried Acme quick clinic but due to the swelling around her eyes the advised me that urgent would be best. I chose this location because it was closer than Green and didnt feel Childrens was necessary. My daughter was miserable, even slept while we waited to be called to be seen. Had a temp of 102. The staff at the desk were very pleasant and the nurse was very welcoming but Dr. Riggs was down right unpleasant. Showed absolutely no compassion and seemed to be rushing us (clearly because when our"time"was up we overheard her saying at the desk she wasnt staying over a minute pass the time she was off). What really set me off is, my daughter wears contacts but due to her swollen eyelids she was not wearing them but wore an old pair of glasses that she does not wear and the prescription is old. Riggs had her do an eye test and without even asking me about contacts she just stepped into the room and VERY rudely said, "her vision is atrocious and needs to get to her eye doctor"....and just simply walked away! So, I have talked to a few people and apparently I am not the only one that had a terrible experience with her. She picked a profession to help people! She needs to really work on her people skills and needs to show some compassion and have a heart. Unfortunately, myself or any other member in our family will not be seen here. We will do our best to see our Doctor, go to Green or in an emergency Childrens. To the other ladies working with your new computer system, Im sure you were stressed but you never showed it. Thank you for being professional!!!

This urgent care has the worst service! The wait to get in when NO ONE is in front of you is at least an hour. When I asked for a summary visit for a follow up appointment, they cant provide it in by the time we had our follow up appointment!

Went with my mother and had the worst experience. Waited over and hour to be seen. Office is way over staffed. We even had a patient taken in before us that came in after.... will tell everyone to avoid this place at all cost.

Incredibly nice and prompt. They took their time with me to understand what was wrong. Offered coffee and/or water while I waited! If I didnt live in California, Id make them my primary care.

Dont use the Urgent Care Center here!!! Awful staff and medical providers. The only one that was good was the medical assistant who was great with my kid.
