Despite the fact that I told them I have pain in my lower 1st molar, they took an x-ray of my upper molar, and then the dentist (if you can cal him a dentist) came and shake hand with gloves without introducing himself told the technician that x-ray was taken from wrong side. Eventually they took the x-ray from lower but not upper tooth. Now you expect you will be moving to the exam room and your tooth is being examined with proper tools. So again the dentist!!! came back and looked at the x-ray and put her finger (just finger tip as a modern dentistry tool) over the tooth an pressed and after almost 10 seconds said I guess I need to send you another dentist to assess if I need root canal. I asked if he sees anything on x-ray and he mumbled and said I am not sure bla bla bla. and that was it. I mentioned I have constant pain and have been using over the counter pain killer and also Amoxycillin and he said oh ok continue them until you see the referral.... Although i am not dentist, I am a practicing neurologist and familiar with the process, I have never seen such an unprofessional office and physician/dentist in my life. it is even hard to describe how unprofessional they are at many level from reception to the dentist competency....just go somewhere else.... This place and the dentist that i visited is a kind of joke....

No matter your pain, do NOT go here!! I have had the worst run around from these guys for the last 4 months. On my first visit I noticed the exam rooms were absolutely filthy; the machines and chairs are covered with a thick layer of long built up crud. Two of my fillings have repeatedly fallen out, and when I went back to get them replaced, the doctor treated me like it was MY fault. On replacing one of the fillings for the second time, he drilled at it some more and now it is just as sensitive as it was before it was filled. I still cant chew on the left side of my mouth for sensitivity and fear of more fillings falling out. I will be seeing another office for the rest of my dental needs and cant believe these guys are still allowed to practice dentistry.

This is by far the most unprofessional business that I have EVER been in and I am 56 and have seen dentists all my life; but never have I been so neglected for a service , and I paid for it. UM UMM UM Do NOT go this dentist office!! Well from what I have read now I am upset that I did not read the reviews beforehand!! My experience was 10 visits and still didnt have a correct partial, it was pre-paid... they got my money and I got to carry this attitude and a worthless piece of metal today.. I did cuss them out in front of everyone! I now have to go to a real dentist to get it adjusted so I can use it . Right now it is useless!! I rating them -10 !!! Pass this information to anyone needing a real dentist .Dr. Matt is a joke !!!

I hadnt been to a dentist in a long time, and thanks to my new Medicaid, I recently learned that I needed multiple fillings. I was nervous, but Im so glad that I ended up coming here. The dentist was excellent and really took his time to explain what he would be doing and why, and he continued to check in with me throughout my visits. I left with the sense that this doctor truly knows his craft, and takes pride in treating each patient with respect and compassion. I had one negative experience with an assistant (out of many positive interactions with others) and requested not to work with that person again. This request was honored with no problem. Overall Im very pleased with my experience here.

Went in for dentures and after 2 years and excuse after excuse I just never went back. The last time the tech broke the silver clip off about half way, he took it to Him and Jim told him to file it and put it in my mouth. Dr. Jim knew this was wrong. Not very clean either. When I called to make appointment with Jim telling them I only wanted to see him because I was having issues, I would get there and he had an emergency or of town. This happened four times. I could call to verify my appointment with him the staff would say yes you will see him, get there and I would see a tech. I wouldnt take my dog to this place.

READ THIS WARNING! I went to comfort dental with what i thought was a cracked tooth. Dr Matt Carlson said my tooth was not cracked, chipped or anything however its infected and needs a root canal. after the appointment i look in the mirror wiggle that tooth around and its split down the middle! I went to a different dentist and they fixed my split tooth. dont make the mistake i did and go to this loser trust this review and the rest of the bad ones they are not just mad people writing bad reviews this place is really as bad as its made out to be.

Best Dentist! I have been to many dentist in my life and finally I have found the best. Dr. Parfitt is amazing! He is soft spoken, very gentle, and caring. Not rude or abrasive. His education, experience, and dedication to dentistry is like non other. Dr. Parfitt gives you all the options, information, and suggestions then you make the choice. You will not find another dentist who truly cares about your dental health as Dr. Parfitt does.

Just unbelievable. I made an appointment, showed up prior, filled out my paper work and provided my private insurance card. Then, proceeded to sit around for more than an hour before giving up and leaving. Upon attempting to ask about the wait, there was not one at the front desk and I was ignored by the staff in the room behind the counter. I would never go back to this dental office and would recommend other avoid it as well.

They are amazing team here and do amazing work, they check to see if you are in pain will bring worked on and they make sure that everything is still doing good a couple weeks after the work, I had a root canal done here and they did amazing all the pain went away and when I went into their office with my mom Dr Kim asked how my root canal was doing and it had been months since I have had it done

As a recent transplant with no dental insurance, I took a gamble on Comfort Dental and would call it win. In need of urgent dental work due to a painful broken filling, Dr. Kim and his staff went above and beyond to accomodate my situation, not only fitting me in midday but with swift professionalism and exceptionally reasonable billing as well.

Quite possibly the best dental service I have ever had. I even created an account just so I can post this! Went in pain and unsure what was wrong . Found out I needed 3 teeth pulled .Even with my high anxiety the dentist and staff made it an easy and fast experience. Very calming doctor and staff. Highely recommend !
