I had seen a dentist there 4-5 months ago pertaining to a cavity. Great job, friendly. I recently moved out of state for the first time in my life (48yrs as a Colorado Native) to San Francisco. Ive been in SF a little over thirty days now. I had no idea I would need to see a dentist again so soon, but I found a dentist near my new neighborhood that I could get to via public transportation. Two weeks ago, I signed and faxed a request form to obtain copies of my 4-5 month old x-rays for the new dentist I am about to see today. Numerous voice messages left at their Federal Heights, CO location and their Phoenix, AZ (which request form was faxed to) have not been returned by either locations. No X-rays have been sent to me via email. These X-rays could have saved me close to $200 that this new dentist will charge me for x-rays. I thing its a total disgrace that thy dont even return voice messages left on their system, and that its pretty obvious that they do not wish to share my own x-rays with me to save one money in regards to my own dental health care. Blantantly no care for past patients, and I am very concerned for any new patients, who rely on their professionalism and care. Greedy dentistry is in no way a good thing. Shame on you Risas Dental, you should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Son muy amables sin duda, pero como todo tiene un precio nada es gratis lo digo porque cuando yo hice la cita por telefono me dieron un precio y ya estando preparado para el trabajo que hivan hacer me dieron otro precio era una muela que hivan extraer del cual por telefono me dijeron que el costo era de 100 a 150 pero me cobraron 250 cuando no quise aceptar un plan de tratamiento de limpiesa y luego tuve que gritar que me pusieran anestesia porque la querian extraer con un poquito que inyectaron ...

I wish I could give it no stars, this place always starts out nice and act like they care but since day one Ive been in worse pain then when I started. They convinced me that I needed crowns on my teeth and I got them and been in so much pain and when I go in and ask them whats wrong they just brush it off like its nothing, just recently had a visit and found out that my gum was growing over my tooth and it was inflamed thats some of the reason why I was in pain, they had me wait 3 to weeks later to tell me that. I went in for a emergency walk in before that because I was in so much pain and they said I had to wait till my dentist got there which was another couple of days I had to wait in pain the whole time till this day im still in pain. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there!!!!!! Honestly I think they are in it for our money not to help others

From the second you walk in the door the staff greets you like youve known each other for years, very professional. They genuinely care about why your there. All the assistants are very knowledgeable and answer your questions with no hesitation. They explain in detail what they are going to do and why. Dr. Dan is a really cool guy, he explained the options we had for what work we needed done, explained in detail again what and why we needed to have this work done. Im definitely going to bring the rest of my family to his practice again and again. Ive never felt so satisfied. If there were more stars Id definitely rate them higher! Its a great place check them out!

Seen this denist by driving by I am on disability because of surgery going bad. Anyway I have Humana insurance and was supposed to be able to get free cleaning one tooth filled and exrays well my insurance will not cover deep cleaning and only the old fillings and my two front teeth are messed up from dog hitting me in mouth I have no extra money for anything they are going to do the work for me I have never been to a denist where they were willing to help you Dr Bernard said she would do it for me and Deyanira will help I am so grateful I cant believe it thank you God for rises dental

Stephanie and Dr. Huhm were awesome! I was very nervous to get my braces. They assured me the first appointment would be quick and painless. Stephanie explained everything she was doing. Dr huhm was very friendly! I truly appreciate the customer service I received at this place. They were talking to me like they knew me for years. Dr. Crozier was patient with me and did an excellent job drilling my 3 teeth and this visit was the best ever in my 59 years. Also Raul did a great job doing the fillings he was kind and caring. First of the people are AMAZING, really friendly and they made me feel really comfortable right when I walked in. Chardoney, one of the workers there was super helpful and really friendly.
