Went in for a routine check-up. After 5 visits over the course of 2 months, my pain is so bad I am probably going to need a root canal because of them. Let me explain my 5 visits... 1. Go in for check-up. They ask, "Youre not having any pain?" "Not really?" "Oh, well you have 3 cavities so we need to do 3 fillings." I "saw" Dr.Carter, but he seemed to just be giving a lot of direction to his assistant, who is definitely the one that gave me my fillings. I could swear that they did one on the bottom. Oh, & then they top it off with telling me that I need a crown & I should come back in for that. Thats all they tell me. 2. Go in for crown. They drill it out & THEN tell me all about my temporary crown. "Wait, what do you mean temporary crown?" "Oh, we take a mold today & get it sent in then we put it in." Im upset at this point. It was "preventative" and here I am having to go in 2 more times, & I wouldve never done it had I known that. Again, "see" Dr. Carter for a little bit, but get temporary crown put in, by the assistant. 3. Getting temporary crown pulled out by assistant, "Wow, this looks really good. I wish we could leave this in here" as she painfully pulls out the temporary. Proceed to give me my molded crown. It sticks pretty far into my mouth, to where it leaves less room for my tongue. I tell them it feels large and theyre just like, "Yup, thats how a crown feels," to which I start to cry. "I have seizures and I never wouldve done this had I known that. I already have problems with biting my tongue." They literally were just like "....." because it was too late and there was nothing they could do. I was and still am super upset about it. 4. Had called to tell them I was having sensitivy in my mouth ever since they gave me my initial fillings. They schedule me right at 1, & as I drove up realized that they would be coming back from lunch (I think I had experienced this before?) I wait until 1, try the door w/ the "Open" sign, yet the door was locked. Wait a few minutes to get to see an assistant. She looks in my mouth, its "good", gives me a lil sensitivity gel on my gums, & tells me to brush w/ sensitive toothpaste. Again, Ill give you the benefit of the doubt. Before I leave she tries to tell me it could possibly be from not wearing a nightguard & I could get one if I pay a couple hundred dollars out of pocket. 5. Worst of all... Of course sensitivity gel wouldnt work. Still having sensitivity I call them yet again, & as they were about to set me up with Dr. Carter again I said Id been seeing him before & would like to see the other doctor if that was possible. I go in, and do see the other (red-headed?) doctor, and he was much more involved with me as a patient. Though, I believe that was once he realized I had come back so many times in such a short amount of time (I think I had explained to the assistant then she got him?) They literally go, "How many fillings did we give you? 2? 3?" Im, "3? I think 2 on top & 1 on bottom?" The assistant looks in my mouth from the end of my chair (roughly 2 or 3 feet away from my mouth) & goes, "All of those look old." Doctor, "We gave you all ones on the top." Again, its "good" I explain to them my visits, how I came in w/ no pain, 3 fillings & a crown later & the pain is getting worse. They look again, "Oh, well you do have this massive cavity all the way in the back there." What do you mean youre finding a cavity after FOUR previous visits?!? & tons of inspection?! So they end up saying they need to do that one as well as a previous one (they had done) to be redrilled & refilled, which would be extremely painful. Also, that the pain could get worse if I wanted to have it redrilled. Frustrated, I go, "Well, what would we do if the pain gets worse?" "A root canal, which is $1k out of pocket." Not without an extra mention of how I should get my wisdom teeth out ("preventatively" again). My pain is worse than ever, after 5 visits. Believe the 1 star reviews here because they are definitely after your money. I wish I had waited until I was dying to go.

I recently went through a traumatic dental experience, somewhat of a nightmare really, and had some difficulties with some of the staff due to a missed appointment. I was contacted by Dr. Gregory, who, by the way, is one of the nicest people you could ever meet, to follow up on a personal level with me regarding the events that took place. He was very concerned, and willing to do what was necessary to help fix our issue. I almost lost faith in my clinic, due to a couple of really bad apples, but that would never be ok with Dr. Gregory. He listened to my concerns, and made a plan to correct it immediately. I applaud Dr. Gregory for taking the time to try and address any concerns, Because I think the clinic has EVERYTHING to do with a Great Dentist, and nothing to do with the trickery taking place by disgruntled employees. This clinic is very clean, and more modern, and once you get passed the trolls at the front (Danny AND SHERRY), you will be treated very friendly by the actual Dentist. SHERRY AND DANNY HAVE NO BUSINESS WORKING WITH CUSTOMER CONTACT, AS THEY HAVE PROVEN TO CAUSE PROBLEMS AND LIE WITH NOT ONLY MYSELF, BUT COUNTLESS OTHERS AS WELL. THIS PLACE WOULD BE EVEN MORE AMAZING IF HE GOT THOSE ICKY GIRLS OUT OF THERE! BUT THIS IS NOT ABOUT THEM, WRITING A BAD REVIEW ONLY HURTS THE DENTIST, AND HONESTLY, I DONT FEEL LIKE HE SHOULD BE DRUG THROUGH THE MUD BECAUSE HE REALLY IS A GREAT DENTIST, AND HE REALLY IS A KIND HEARTED PERSON! FOR YOU DR. GREGORY, I THANK YOU FOR ACTUALLY CARING ABOUT ANOTHER HUMAN BEING, AND TRYING TO FIX THINGS. I PRAY THAT YOU THINK TWICE ABOUT LETTING THOSE PEOPLE RUN EVERYONE AWAY, SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY ARE HAVING THEIR OWN LIFE PROBLEMS. IF YOU CANT HANDLE BEING AROUND PEOPLE, CALL IN, OR BETTER YET, FIND A NEW JOB THAT HAS NO CUSTOMER CONTACT WHAT SO EVER!!! NOT YOU DR. GREGORY...THE ICKY TROLLS!

Inconsistent and unprofessional. Showed up on time for an appointment and had to reschedule, apparently there is some button in their software that has to get pressed to save the appointment that doesnt always get pressed, so they randomly lose appointments. This is an on going problem they are aware of. Also it turns out (as of May 2017) they only have a hygienist in the office, one day a week. When I came back for the new appointment first thing in the morning the entire crew (10 people?) was jammed in and around the font desk gossiping about various things including patients and other dentists. One lady did acknowledge right away and got checked in and taken back fairly fast. However the hygienist wasnt prepared and spent a while getting everything together that she would need. The cleaning was interrupted at least 3 times by questions from various people asking questions about another patient. Then half way through the cleaning a different lady came in to do the 2nd half of the cleaning, the has never happened any where else. The entire cleaning the group at the front desk could be heard, while it did shrink a little as a few of them found things to did there was still at least 4 people chatting loudly behind the front desk by the end of the cleaning. That was just one visit, 2nd cleaning here. The first visit was decent, and a few follow ups for minor issues were a little strange. 4 visits and 3 different dentists all with slightly different things to say. This place was a 4 until the last visit. Wont be back. Only reason its not a one is most of the staff seems genuinely nice, but the disorganization and unprofessionalism is to much.
