Worst dentist experience ever. The assistant whose name they wouldnt give me afterwards kept slipping with the drill while drilling out my previous fillings. I was numbed up so was unaware until I had huge sores all around my gums. She was also aggressive with the floss and would jerk it in between my teeth which I COULD feel and would bring tears to my eyes. All this and the doctor took a look and offered me a prescription for an antibiotic which I would have to go buy. But he then said why yes, if I brought back the receipt, they would reimburse me. REALLY, how about you offer to refund all of the money I paid for the two abusive cavities that were filled. One of which is again painful.. but I sure as heck am not going back to them! I have pictures of all the damage the assistant did... which they dont know about though.

Everyone is nice and I felt they wanted to help, but I WISH I NEVER would have gone to this office! I had some filings done. But had to go back 3 times to have it done properly, also because one filling fell out only a week later. Im still experiencing issues, and I am now having to go to another dentist to "fix" everything. One of the filings was done so poorly, I cant get floss between my teeth. DO NOT GET DENTAL WORK DONE HERE. I thought I was limited as to where I can go because I have Medicaid, but theres a place down the street that also takes Medicaid: Denali Dental. Denali was great!!

Where to start. Every time I have been to this office they are slammed to the point that you cannot get personal time with your dentist. This office missed a cavity when I went in and since they missed it , it went neglected and eventually my tooth cracked and fell apart. The filling they did should have become a root canal and a cap due to it being so close to the nerve. Now it is a filling that continues to press on the nerve of my tooth and feels like it is loose . Thanks comfort dental for the cracked tooth and the horrible repair.

Horrible! Terrible! Not sure it can get any worse. Scheduled an appointment to obtain antibiotics and to have my front tooth repaired. #1. They didnt schedule my appointment time long enough. #2. Was advised at my previous appt that the repair could and would be done...LIARS! #3. No notations were made by previous dentist of any conversations that took place. NOTHING! #4. My appointment was set for a specific time...45 minutes later they noticed that I actually came in the door. Will NEVER waste another dime or anymore time here.

I have been going to this location for about 3 years now, I absolutely love this place. Dr. Saddler is amazing. She always makes me feel welcomed and explains everything. I love that she always calls a couple days after my dental work to make sure Im doing okay. Its a small office in an older building but it is what it is. Great staff!

My husband hasnt been to a dentist in over 20yrs he was ashamed to go but was have bad tooth aches so finally went and his dentist made him fell comfortably and he even called him that night to make sure he was doing good we love that place good people that arw dentist foe life thanks guys for making us feel comfortable ;)

The dentist there was really good and knew what he was doing, unlike the one on 38th and Kipling. Also the staff there is so nice and helpful! By far the best comfort dental Ive been too! Everyone there is very friendly and they dont make you feel like an inconvenience, they actually make you feel like they care for you.

Place is a joke! They promote walk ins but what they mean is sit here all day and hope an appt doesnt show up. That is not a walk in! Not to mention the people arent friendly and the front desk lady pops out the back every so often. This place may be cheap but you get what you pay for. GO ELSEWHERE

Its not as swanky as some of those higher priced dentists, but the care I received was excellent and they were professional and took my concerns seriously. Theres a definite assembly line feel, but the price difference from my last dentist is at least 50% less in cost. For me, its worth the savings.

Was there for 4 hours for a emergency. From 7.51am to 12:12pm not one person ask how bad was the pain. The pain was bad. Went down the street to thorthen er and in 20mins I was done. Thank God that the people at the ER head brains.

Dr. Strauss is the best dentist Ive ever been too and I have had over 15 in my life! He is gentle and cares about his patients! The staff is friendly and helpful and its clean and affordable.

The dental assistant dropped the water gun on the floor and picked it back up and continued to use it. This place is dirty but the people are nice just need to be cleaner.
