On January 10, 2014 I went in for a bad case of chicken pox, they made me sit outside for 5+ hours and had several staff members come out and say "you have chicken pox and cant come in!" I was never seen or helped, and after waiting for so long and just being stared at, I was overwhelmed and left, never being seen. Weeks later I received a bill for $80 calling it an "outpatient visit." I called in and left a complaint & eventually got an apology and they said they would remove the bill, six months later I keep receiving monthly bills for the $80 that theyre charging me for sitting outside on the bench. I would not recommend any CSV locations to anyone ever!!!! They have the worst customer service & their employees, as supported by the other reviews, hate their job! Do yourself a favor & dont ever go to any of these places, I learned my lesson the hard way.

Very sad place. I feel so bad that my brother has to have a primary MD here. He has the poor mans insurance and the decent MDs do not accept his insurance. My observation is that patients are run through like cattle. Employees are overworked, underpaid and lack joy. We are all human and must treat each other as such. Treat each person the way you would like to be treated. Each person has a story whether you are doctor, patient and or employee. I am brought to tears as I write this. The pervasive attitude that has taken over this country has trickled down to the already poor and downtrodden. Help us Dear Lord!!!

Esas clinicas son una basura ! El personal de lo mas pesado enincompetente ! Las recepcionistas a demas de colgar las llamadas se portan groseras ! Lo peor de todo es que como no tenemos seguro medico solo tenemos esas clinicas como recurso ! Enfernarse es el mas grande de los lujos

Horrible place it was 3 times that I missed work to go in and never got seen there. Now I am sick of a serious thing just because it was not treated on time because of this unprofessional clinic. Plus the staff is so rude & uneducated and have no care for people. They seriously need precessional people there or close it down!

I dont even want to give this place 1 star. I was on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up then was on hold for 20 just to schedule an appointment. So I hung up. Just gonna have to go in as a walk in and wait just as Long as I would have waited on hold.

The receptionist was in a terrible mood and sent us the wrong way in the clinic. Then sent us a different way. They need to be more helpful and know what theyre doing.

Avoid it like the plague. Unless you have then plague. Be prepared to wait a couple hours past appointment time. Staff really dont care about you. Not even a little.
