Dr. Raja, Farquan is a wonderful doctor. The staff is excellent! the phone service is also so understanding and helpful but it does take a seriously long time while being on hold.The reason I gave four stars instead of five is because the dental staff has ignored me when knowone else is there in line. She cant even say,Hi, Ill be right with you if shes busy.My husband and I were waiting at the desk to make an appt.and another staff member was selling stuff to the girl at the computer. we stood there for a good five minutes. They both looked at us and continued to keep talking about how cute the things were, and i also believe it was possibly staff scrubs or shirts that they were discussing. My husband is a real tall mexican man with a big black mustach and because he services swimming pools he was wearing his big straw hat. I am an american. Anyways my husband felt like they totally ignored him because of his appearance. I wanted to interrupt their conversation, but my husband said no. He got too upset to even deal with their rudeness. I am going to get names next time I go which is on the 8th of July,and get back to you. Also the dentist herself is quite abrasive. But overall I have been with Omni Family Health for 5 years and love my dr, and pleased was all services except dental. By the way .This day wasnt the only day we were ignored by them. I went to this clinic since my grown children were little and only because it was the only place that accepted my insurance,The receptionest there can be friendly if they feel like it but thats rare ,And for the doctors they write perscripitions but thats all they do,I have asked for refferals and been told they did when come to find out they never did ,the wait is long only to be hurried when seeing the doctor and he didnt give me any room to talk to him then was gone before you knew it,they dont run test they should be and that place is a joke when it comes to medical care also my husband who also had been a patient there passed away in may 2017 it was a total shock ,he passed away ,his liver was mush and with other things you would have thought the doctors would have noticed something ,and if they were doing there job they woukd have found it ,even if he still didnt make it they should have found it

The staff in the office are very friendly. The Doctors I have seen are very good also, but when you are given a referral that takes a very long time to get an appointment with the specialist that you are wanting to see.
